Visitaremos um dos mais antigos Han no coração de Istambul para tomar chá e Pide, que é um tradicional pão plano turco cozido em um forno de pedra e coberto com ingredientes como queijo, carne picada ou legumes. Frequentemente chamado de “pizza turca”, Peda é amado por sua crosta crispada, sabores ricos e aroma fresco.
Pegue um ferry da Europa para a Ásia (Kadıköy) para provar o prato principal (Kokoreç, Iskender Kebap, Doner etc..)
O Özcan Turşuları é uma das famosas lojas tradicionais de pepinos de Kadıköy, famosa por seus pepinos turcos feitos à mão preparados com receitas clássicas e métodos de fermentação natural. Um favorito local há décadas, oferece aos visitantes um sabor autêntico da rica cultura de comida de rua de Istambul.

Very poor the tour operator didn’t turn up! We waited for an hour and called but he said he didn’t get the email
I've done a few food tours in cities and this was one of the best. Sude was a fantastic guide, very knowlegable and personable. We learnt about some of Istanbul and Turkey's history and tried some foods at some places we would not have otherwise. Very highly recommend this tour.

We did the food tour on our very first day in Istanbul and it was the best decision we made! Emray’s incredible knowledge of the city, paired with all the mouthwatering street food, turned it into such a memorable experience. Not only did we get to taste the authentic flavors of Istanbul, but we also learned so much about the culture and hidden gems of the city.
