The meeting point is easy to see and to navigate. The operators or crew are there to help. Not too fast and not to slow. Just enough to appreciate the view around. Good way to tour if your tired of walking a lot. And if you're staying short in Istanbul before you head out to another city, this a must try quick exploration.

I bought the tour for 1 day. The day before, Red Bus staff allowed us to board the bus showing the Getyourguide website voucher. The next day, I was told that I should have withdrawn the ticket with the supplier. It was Sunday and I was away from the meeting point. The ticket seller at the bus stop called the supplier, received the file by WhatsApp, printed the tickets and delivered them to us because we would need it if we wanted to go down and up several times along the route. So, the tour was not only wonderful for Istanbul itself, but also for the goodwill of those nationals of Turkey who helped us.

Terrible service. Each stop is 1 hour. It is the worst tourist service

Bus only stops if you ask driver to stop. Driver very very fast. Canned tour doesn’t follow actual locations. Background music very repetitive and makes speaker difficult to hear.

A good tour, the only thing that could be improved is to remove the constant music between locations from the audio guide. By the middle of the trip, it starts to tire.

I am a huge fan of Hop-on Hop-off buses across the world, so it pains me to write this poor review. Unfortunately, this experience was quite poor, mostly because of two things: 1. Traffic in Istanbul. The traffic is terrible, the bus was stuck in traffic most of the time. You spend most time sitting on a slow moving bus, with limited commentary on the headphones. You can google information faster probably. It took forever to drive on the Red line. I did not bother going on the blue line as I did not want to be stuck in traffic in a different location. 2. Price. 48euro is excessive in my opinion. No hop-on off bus should cost more than 20-30 euro. There is no intrinsic value. I feel there is a lack of value in this sight seeing bus. You are better off identifying Top 5 places you want to visit and just take the fast and efficient Metro to these locations which costs a bit over 1 euro.

Bus was as expected. Commentary was a little fast paced so missed a little of what we were looking at. Do not leave getting to the first stop too late as you have to swap your tickets for QR codes which we were not aware of. Driver was courteous and helpful.

The bus took an hour and a half to arrive, which meant that time was actually too short to visit anything on the way. Not enough available buses In the end I took a taxi!

It was a very pleasant trip. Additionally, the driver was an expert!!!! The seats could be a bit more comfortable.
