Would give it no stars but couldnt post - I didn’t have my trip! It was canceled and money was deducted from my account and I was told to Contact Viator for refund while on vacation. The customer service and support has been horrible. I want a refund!
Dear Stacy, First of all your full amount refund done same day. But t takes 2 to 7 business days because of the international transaction policies. That is global thing. You are right, your booking cancelled because of the missed passport details. We requested the details from you several times but received the details too late, and the flight tickets was fully boked when you sent us those details. That's why, we cancelled it.
Tour was great and Cappadocia was spectacular! The 3 day tour required many parts to come together to make this a wonderful and memorable time. All of the parts came together flawlessly and we moved through each day without effort. The hotel booked for us was a quiet delightful hotel (Sedirli Konak hotel) which was very comfortable and we enjoyed it greatly. The day tours of the region were interesting and we saw a variety of things, including the experience of walking through an underground city. The highlight was the balloon ride. Fantastic! I am thankful to all the teams for giving us this ‘bucket list’ experience.
I rate this as terrible. I understand the Balloon ride is cancelled due to bad weather, but the Red Tour which is part of my package is not completely covered. Derinkuyu Underground City, Uchisar Castle and Ihlara Valley were not shown. I demand refund for that as well.
Dear Guest, The RED TOUR is most poppular tour in Cappadocia and it is never cover any visit to Ihlara Valley and Derinkuyu Underground City. The visit of them is include for another tour and it's name is GREEN TOUR. Also the distance is between places of RED TOUR and GREEN TOUR is approx 125miles (200km) and that makes 4 hours drive. If the visit of these place are included, your all day will be passed at seat on car. Because the daily tours are approx 7 hours. We think your mind confused while searching the things to do Cappadocia on several websites. Also this type "1-2-3 stars" reviews are normal for destination Cappadocia. Because some travelers are thinking "ahh my trip was terrible because balloon ride cancelled". and then adding some unreal things to their feedbacks and post it with low stars to here. We got used to that.
