Este tour navega obras-primas da civilização de todo o mundo com um foco particular na arte e artefatos da Era Bíblica. Seremos transportados para as tumbas do antigo Egito e visitaremos histórias de Gênesis e Êxodo, admiraremos a arte do mundo bizantino e medieval trazendo histórias de reis israelitas como David e Salomão à vida, e visitaremos a Judeia romana para examinar artefatos do Templo de Jerusalém e do mundo de Jesus. Jonathan was so knowledgeable not only about biblical historical aspects of the MET but the MET altogether! During our guide multiple individuals came up to ask him information as he was so knowledgeable and I could tell many wanted to join our private tour! Would definitely recommend especially in the future when more exhibits are available to see at the museum.

THE MET can be a bit visually overwhelming when you enter, as its such a big place 🤩 What was really awesome is that not only did Jonathan text me a picture of himself at the meet up point 👌🏽, but he was also there to greet us as soon as we entered the museum & even arranged to get us a wheelchair so that my elderly father could fully enjoy the tour. As we walked along, Jonathan did such an amazing job at connecting some of the artifacts we were seeing in the displays to stories in the Bible that those times correspond to. Really cool to see some visual references connecting to some of my favorite biblical stories 🙏🏽 I would highly recommend this guided tour w/ Jonathan, as Me & My father enjoyed every minute of our journey walking through the Met with Jonathan, we were learning so much but also able to admire/enjoy the beauty of The Met ❤️ I’m very glad I found this tour, it made our visit to The Met that much more special…10/10

Jonathan was a perfect guide — personable, knowledgeable, and tailored the tour to exactly what we wanted. This was our fifth visit to the Met, and he shared new details about exhibits we had previously seen and tied together artifacts from different wings of the museum. I enjoyed the tour very much. My 9 y. old son liked it a lot, was able to participate and ask questions. It was very informative and interesting. I visited museum many times on my own, but would never pay attention to many details highlighted during the guided tour. My highest recommendations, Julia
