The tour guide Gonzalo was very knowledgeable & friendly. Very accommodating & flexible when timings on island did not go to plan due to food delay. The places that we visited were interesting.
We had an encounter this week of particularly friendly, nice, accommodating, and totally likable nature with Passeios Ria Formosa - named Lara, at the booking counter and boss Silvia 🤗, as captain and guide Without further discussing our tour, we would like to express a clear recommendation for this company and thank Lara once again, who made it possible for us to take our tour, which we had not booked in advance 👌🏼 and of course Silvia for her spontaneous effort 👌🏼 Thank you very much 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♂️
We could have enjoy our tour but… The guide was very kind and helpful but… Unfortunately a big group joined this tour for having fun ONLY, drinking heavily (wine, beer…) on board and making an incredible noise, making impossible to hear your guide explanations. Besides during the first stop of this tour, they returned to the boat 30 minutes late. Everybody else was on board waiting for them and loosing time. Why the boat did not leave on time with the respectuous passengers ??? Then the second stop at Farol has been reduced, unfortunately, by 30 minutes. Please confirm thes facts with the guide (your staff). When a big group wants to have fun and do what they want, they have to take a private boat and not make the tour of your others (correct people) clients spoiled.
Despite the weather not being of the best April 7 The whole trip and staff were very friendly and the super clear explanations to understand
It was amazing experience. Silvia is an excellent guide. It was too windy and i dropped my cap in the ocean. Silvia helped me to get in our seventh attempt. I will highly recommend to take this tour with Silvia.

Very good experience, friendly, punctual.
We asked for a guide in French and had a guide in English due to her accent, we did not understand half of what she said as an explanation
