Isla Mujeres Catamaran, Bar aberto e buffet opcional

My husband and I had the best time on our catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres! The snorkeling was great, our drinks were never empty, and our guide Ivett was knowledgeable and fun!! If we are back in the area we will absolutely book with them again.

They changed activities due to weather conditions, which is understandable; however, the discount was very little, there were no guides available, and moreover, they did not provide adequate follow-up, making me go from one place to another. I did not like the value for money. The transportation is slow.

We had a great experience with Amigo Tours on our Isla Mujeres day tour from Costa Mujeres! Transportation to the marina was smooth and well managed, even with a major accident causing traffic delays for hours. Thankfully, we still made it to the pier within an hour. The catamaran ride was a lot of fun, with a snorkeling stop before heading to Isla Mujeres. The only thing about snorkeling was if you are 60 years of age and older, you cannot snorkel and us along with two other couples were unaware. That was a little disappointing. Riding golf carts to Punta Sur was definitely a highlight, with beautiful views along the way. Afterward, we enjoyed a buffet lunch and swimming at ZaZa Beach Club. Overall, it was a fun, well-organized day with a great mix of adventure and relaxation. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing, the best day we have ever had. The staff were amazing and so much fun and the location was breathtakingly stunning. Paradise. The food and staff on the island was also amazing. Excellent value for money and a full day out.

The team were fantastic and set the vibes, I’m so sorry I don’t remember anyone’s name but the gentleman from El Salvador who led the snorkel was fantastic and so was the barman. Literally my favourite trip and we have done 4 including this one up to now. If you’re thinking about it absolutely do it! The photographer actually managed to give me some photos I actually love, so grateful - amazing team. Oh and the beach buffet was nice too. Thank you

They lied about offering a snorkeling activity on the reef between Cancun and Isla Mujeres. WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO SWIM 500 MTS. I mean, open ocean, swimming that distance there was a pole. It looked far away. Those who put on the life jacket returned in the first 2 min. Because after that you wouldn't be allowed to go back on the catamaran called trinity. I mean, they cheated on you. They charged me $2000. And then another $600 on arrival at a dolphin spot on women's island. Terrible as they have animals, sea lions in super tight spaces. Animal abuse. The bad firm, very brief, the cheapest food. Bad because there were many foreign people (from Ecuador, Brazil, Colombia) and we Mexicans. Oh if you want to swim with dolphins $700 more pesos. Photos $700 . The photo package $7000. A robbery. I was really upset because they didn't keep their promise. My 10-year-old daughter was excited about the snorkeling activity and that's why I hired the catamaran. Very disappointed. And the firm repeats ugly bad food and expensive. That doesn't make me want to come back. If I have gone to idja women but by ferry and it is cheaper. This time I wanted to go catamaran because of seeing the reef. And so it couldn't be, like my daughter that if she can swim and I are going to swim 500 meters in the open ocean that irresponsible and liars do not tell you that at first.
