It was a great experience. My daughter watches ghost hunting shows all the time, and was very excited to use the tools she sees on them. It was the highlight of her trip.

It was my first paranormal investigation. Came in a bit skeptical but at same time believed there is paranornal activity. This will definetly make you a believer. You will 100% get activity whether its some or alot. Things that could not be logically explained. I would do this again if i had the chance. Highly recommend!

This was one of the best investigations I’ve ever experienced. The house is super active and we interacted with many spirits. Ed was a lovely host too!
If I could give this 100 stars I would super interactive so many different spirits!! Huge shout out to Leah our tour guide she was very informative about the house and every individual living there. Had our own private tour many experiences. Highly recommend 1000x

I love Ghost Augustine tours! This is the third consecutive year booking with them and they did not disappoint! We did the paranormal invitation at the Dixie house this time and Leah was amazing and so helpful. Will be back next year!

I had a wonderful experience at the Dixie House. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the entire visit was enjoyable from start to finish. It was a great opportunity to explore the history and unique character of the area while spending quality time making memories. The staff were friendly, the surroundings were beautiful, and there was plenty to see and learn. I especially appreciated how well the experience blended local history, storytelling, and entertainment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and looking for something memorable, interesting, and enjoyable.

This was an experience like no other, and having Leah as our paranormal investigator made it 100% better. The house reacts to her presence, which made the Dixie house very active throughout our investigation. This was really worth booking. Thank you Leah!
