Unbelievably helpful and accommodating!! They responded very quickly and gave us great recommendations for dinner!!
Renting the e-bike was super easy. Kevin was super nice and easy going. I do recommend that the bike rental suggest that the bikers take the ferry over to Sausalito first thing in the morning and then bike back over the Golden Gate Bridge later in the day due to the fog, wind, and cold. Alcatraz was amazing!
We did the E-Bike and Alcatraz package. The E-bikes worked great and we were able to bike across the Golden Gate Bridge. The bike employees were accommodating and very easy to work with. No problems with the Alcatraz tour. I would recommend this if you are looking to explore San Francisco and have a good time! The only issue we had was we received a call the morning of our booking letting us know that our Alcatraz time had been moved up an hour. That was only an issue because we were staying an hour outside of San Fransisco and had already planned our days activities. We made it work, just less time on the E-Bikes than we had planned.
Loved the e biking,great bikes,map easy to follow and everything went smoothly with the ferry to Alcatraz. Full day out and we’ll worth it!
Alcatraz was a great experience but the real excitement was the e-bikes! The owners were wonderful and made sure we were safe and ready to see the city. They even helped us out when we were running late to get the ferry. Best way to see the city! E-bikes were not on our bucket list but we are so glad we booked this.
