How a business responds when a customer makes an honest mistake says a lot about its customer service—and this experience was disappointing. I accidentally purchased one additional ticket during checkout and contacted the Museum of Ice Cream after realizing the mistake. They acknowledged in their response that they understand how easy it is to accidentally purchase an extra ticket, but still refused to refund the unused ticket. I understand having policies, but enforcing one this rigidly after acknowledging how easily the mistake can happen felt unreasonable and unnecessarily customer-unfriendly. At these ticket prices, I expected better service and discretion. I’m leaving two stars because their handling of this issue significantly affected my overall impression. I would gladly update my review if the Museum of Ice Cream chooses to resolve it.

Fun! I think it is geared toward younger kids, our 12 year old had fun but a few years ago would have been her best years. Go down the slide! It’s fun and hearing the adult laughter was the highlight for me. Lots of ice cream flavors, our fave was the butterscotch. Skip the bagel ice cream with sorbet. Might be better with the cream cheese (broken while we were there). The sprinkle pit was our daughter’s highlight. She would have stayed in there for hours.
We had a great time learning about ice cream and trying all the different kinds of ice cream in the museum.

It was surprisingly more fun than we expected. Not worth $40 each but it was something different for a date spot. Also all the staff were super friendly and fun.

It’s a good experience. The hosts are super helpful. Walking through is a nice experience and the ice cream was good. It’s definitely a bang for your buck!
