MD : disappointed as bollywood figure moved

booked a ticket to visit madame tussauds again it was very good, some new and old figure, got disappointed that Bollywood celebs like deepika padukone, Madhuri dixit and Aishwarya Rai was not there

As we are all Merlin pass holders. I thought why not a trip to London. Did the sea life, shrek and I went to see the wax modules. Was fairly busy inside, but having the ticket pre done got me in alot faster. Took some great pictures. The 4D cinema is always good

Enjoyable visit

We came as a family and had a nice time. We had fast track for getting in but the queue at the time wasn't too bad to be fair. Staff friendly. The waxworks are really good but there were aomebi thought would be there that weren't and some I had no idea who they were and they didn't appear to have a plaque with info. Our favourite was the queen and David Attenborough, followed by the royal family but for photos with the royal family they do take their own, which you have to purchase. There is freeflow traffic between the wax models and my youngest (AuDHD) found it very overwhelming due to the amount of people in "his" space. Taxi ride was fun, never stops so you have to get,on whilst moving. Not sure how that would work for someone with mobility issues as quite fast. Kids loves the taxi ride and the taxis are very roomy even 2 larger bottoms could aide in there together 🤣 The avengers section was great and we all loved the 4D film. It was a shame that one of our seats wasn't work properly and the water wasn't spraying. We collect magnets and the gift shop had run out of MT magnets, which is what it is but was a little disappointing as we cant just pop back to get one. Overall a nice day out and would recommend.

Rude staff

Dear Madame Tussaud’s London, I am writing to provide feedback regarding an experience at your attraction. During our visit, we encountered a staff member at the end of the taxi ride who was rude. She instructed my husband to jump off the moving taxi while he was trying to pick up our 18-month-old son. There was a lack of courtesy, and she simply urged him to hurry and exit the taxi without patience. I hope you will consider hiring staff who are trained to be more considerate, especially towards guests with young children who cannot quickly exit a moving ride due to safety concerns. Madame Tussauds is one place that you must visit

If you are in London, Madame Tussauds is one place that you must visit. The experience is surreal and it offers you a wholesome experience that is beyond words. It is much more than just a wax museum (as it is perceived by the outside world). This place is value for money in itself, but when combined with other attractions, it offers you much better ROI.

Excellent

Such a great experience, we had lots of fun. Great value of money especially when booking online in advance. There’s a little ride and a short 3D movie clip included which was great!

Cynically commercialised

For £84 a couple it was definitely overpriced. There weren’t as many figures as I’d expected, and naming them would have helped. I felt there was a constant pressure to keep moving forward as there isn’t much space to stop and take it in, the London experience was very good but a bit too fast too, no time to absorb it fully. Then we were out! I was looking for a way to go back round but all you see are exit signs, I was all a bit cynically commercialised. No wonder Merlin made record profits last year. A one- off, seen it done it paid the price.

Save your money!! £50.00 each!! Statutes generally unrecognisable! Used to be brilliant

Once it was fantastic, the statutes were amazing, now they are at best, just about lookalikes. In some cases 6 of us could not work out who they were supposed to be at all! We had an age range between 15 - 73 so should have known between us!! This operates for people wanting to take selfies with supposed stars!! If this is all you want then this is the place. If you went to Madam Tussauds years ago and remember that then this is not for you. Is it worth £50 for this and Sea Life - NO Would not return, neither would the friends we went with!!

Crowded

When I went to Madame Tussauds, it was very crowded and hard to see information about the sculptures (that are very detailed and nice), and if you want to make a wax hand, you would have to wait for hours until you would be able to make one.

"Madame Tussauds London was an incredible experience! The lifelike wax figures were astonishingly realistic, and it felt like I was rubbing shoulders with celebrities and historical figures. From Hollywood stars to royalty, the variety of figures was impressive. The interactive zones added an element of fun, allowing me to pose for photos and create unforgettable memories. A perfect blend of entertainment and education, suitable for all ages!"I bought a railcard on trainpal and got a 20% discount when I entered the RC777E code!
