We had an amazing experience on the Guided Group Tour, and our guide, Nina, made the entire day exceptional! Nina was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and organized from start to finish. She shared the history, traditions, and stories of each Polynesian culture with so much enthusiasm that every stop became engaging and meaningful. Her passion for the cultures truly shined through, and she made sure everyone in our group felt welcomed and included. She kept the tour running smoothly while allowing us enough time to enjoy each village, ask questions, and take photos. Her recommendations throughout the day helped us make the most of our visit, and her positive energy made the experience even more enjoyable. The Polynesian Cultural Center is already an incredible place to visit, but having Nina as our guide elevated the experience to another level. We left with wonderful memories and a much deeper appreciation for Polynesian culture. Mahalo, Nina, for making our visit so special! We would highly recommend the guided group tour—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Nina as your guide.

Thua was a kind, patient and funny guide around the islands today and made a kind impression on our family. As well, Jared assisted during our meal at the luau and was perfectly polite and friendly. Neither left us wanting for anything. Mahalo

We have had the best experience at the Polynesian Cultural Center! Our tour guide, Abby, did a wonderful job guiding us through the islands, participating in activities and seeing shows. JJ was wonderful at our luau dinner taking great care of us during the buffet and show. We hope to come back!

Everyone in our group raved about having a guide. She was amazing. The islands were well represented with activities and visuals. I didn’t care for the food choices, but it was my own taste preferences. Your pineapple smoothie was the hit for our group. The entertainment was superb.. such talent and appropriate for the islands
