ulGreat communication prior to the trip, very helpful and followed up on all questions Fernando, arranged for our transportation to be picked up from the airport and go to the Falls. He knew exactly where to be when so we could have the best views very kind and informative. Great use of time to see everything on the Argentina side and the Brazil side followed up when we return to our bed-and-breakfast with activities todo in Argentina in the evening and followed up to make sure I had a ride back to the airport the day following the trip. Fernando was extremely helpful
Nicolas is an Angel. Book it and don't think about it again. Makes the border transfer very very easy.
Our tour guide Walid Shihadeh was fantastic!! Pickup was easy in a beautiful car. He arranged an amazing day seeing Iguazú on the Argentina and Brazil sides. We breezed through all the gates, ticket and border passings & he walked with us every step of the day, carrying our bags, stopping whenever we needed & engaging in great and informative conversation for many hours. He also took and sent us many pictures and videos. After the tour, he even stayed with us because of our late departure, taking us to a mall to get some supplies, arranging for an authentic Brazil dinner and dropping us off exactly where we needed to be. You couldn't ask for a better experience. Ten stars!!
There are places you visit, and then there are places that completely leave you speechless — and Iguazu Falls was exactly that for us. Our personal tour was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, making the entire experience seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable — especially traveling with kids. Our guide was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty and history of the falls. We never felt rushed and were able to truly soak in every breathtaking viewpoint, jungle trail, and magical moment. Seeing the sheer power and beauty of the waterfalls up close felt surreal. The boat rides, scenic walks, wildlife sightings, and panoramic views were beyond anything we imagined. What made the experience even more special was how personalized and attentive everything felt. This was easily one of the most incredible travel experiences we’ve ever had, and a memory our family will cherish forever. If you’re visiting Iguazu, a personal tour is absolutely worth it — it transformed a beautiful destination into a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Fernando was absolutely brilliant. Took his time, explained everything and brought us to Everton part of the falls. His English is perfect and he has a great sense of humour. Brought us to a fab place for lunch. Would give him 10 stars if I could.
What can I say except this was a truly amazing Tour made even better by the service provided by Fernando whose care and attention made our Time at the falls a truly postive memorable experience. I had booked the wrong date for our tour and only realised the day before we were due to go on it I contacted the Company and Fernando came back straight away to try and work something out for us he very kindly allowed us to change our trip to the following day and arrange to pick us up himself and be our guide for the day. Not many companies would do this literally less than 24 hours before at no xtra charge. I am truly grateful we got to experience the amazing stunning falls and had d bonus of being guided by Fernando whose nowledge of the falls made it a great experience
Nicolas was a wonderful tour guide. He was knowledgeable and engaging. He guided us through the falls on the Brazilian side, the Argentinian side, and through the bird sanctuary. He was able to describe and explain everything we saw. We are an older couple and he was able to pace the tour to our needs. We spent an entire day with him and the day went by very quickly. We highly recommend this tour.

Fernando is an incredible guide! He’s talented, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and gives five star STELLAR service! Book his services for a private tour. Unreliable and Zero Communication – Canceled 48 hours prior Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this tour operator. I reached out well in advance via Viator to keep them updated on a flight delay (arriving April 22nd at 8:00 AM) and to coordinate pickup arrangements and luggage storage. Despite my attempts to communicate and ensure everything was in order, I woke up on April 20th to a cancellation email with absolutely no explanation. Being a private tour, you expect a level of coordination and customer service that was completely non existent here. To cancel a cross-border tour just two days before the scheduled date after I had already initiated contact to finalize details is unacceptable and has left my travel plans in a bind. Save yourself the stress and book with an operator that actually communicates and honors their bookings.

As previously discussed, and as described in the advertisement, transfers from the Argentinian airport are charged separately, as there is a local law prohibiting the pick-up of passengers by vehicles other than those from the airport itself. I apologize for the inconvenience, but since you did not agree to pay extra or take a taxi to the meeting point, unfortunately we cannot accommodate anything beyond our capacity. As you can see from the rest of our reviews, all are excellent and 5 stars. Therefore, I believe it is clear that this is not our fault, but rather a lack of understanding of logistical issues. I remain at your disposal as the owner and manager of PREMIUM. Have a good trip!
