Depois de sermos recolhidos no local acordado, tomaremos uma curta viagem até a primeira parada ao longo das ruas de Šibenik, onde você pode desfrutar de vistas deslumbrantes da paisagem de Šibenik, com vista para o mar e as ilhas Šibenik. Depois do pick-up, começaremos um passeio fácil pelas belas ruas de Šibenik, até o Monumento Dražen Petrović e o parque infantil. Dražen Petrović foi o melhor jogador de basquete croata e uma das figuras esportivas mais famosas de Šibenik. Nosso piloto vai compartilhar um pouco mais sobre os tempos gloriosos quando Dražen jogou para o clube local e a equipe nacional.
A Fortaleza Barone (também conhecida como Fortaleza Šubićevac; croata: Tvrđava Barone ou Tvrđava Šubićevac) é uma fortaleza construída em 1646 na colina Vidakuša acima da cidade. A fortaleza foi revitalizada e reaberta em janeiro de 2016. Como a Fortaleza de São Miguel renovada em 2014, a Fortaleza Barone também ganhou o Prêmio Nacional de Atração Cultural do Ano em 2016. Agora oferece aos seus visitantes um tour digital pelo passado de Šibenik através de uma plataforma de realidade aumentada e outras características multimídia.
Fortaleza de São João (também conhecida como Tanaja; croata: Tvrđava sv. Ivana) está localizado no topo de uma colina ao norte do centro histórico da cidade. Foi nomeado em homenagem a uma igreja medieval dedicada a São João Batista, que havia estado lá desde pelo menos 1444. A fortaleza, juntamente com a Fortaleza Barone adjacente, foi construída durante a Guerra da Creta e rejeitou com sucesso os ataques otomanos consecutivos em 1646 e 1647. O nome local para a fortaleza, Tanaja, vem de uma de suas estruturas, um outwork em forma de plier, ou tenaille (Italiano: tenaglia).
A Fortaleza de São Miguel é um forte medieval situado em uma colina íngreme acima do centro histórico da cidade. A fortaleza recebeu o nome da igreja mais antiga de Šibenik, a Igreja de São Miguel, que estava localizada dentro de suas paredes. Uma teoria sugere que a igreja foi construída durante a primeira onda de cristianização da Croácia, do final do século VIII ao início do século IX. Desde a sua reabertura em julho de 2014, a fase de verão ao ar livre da fortaleza tornou-se uma parte importante da vida cultural de Šibenik. Hoje, é o segundo monumento patrimonial mais visitado em Šibenik, bem como a segunda fortificação mais visitada na Croácia.

A Catedral de São Tiago é uma das conquistas arquitetônicas mais significativas e belas da Croácia e está incluída na Lista do Património Mundial Cultural da UNESCO desde 2000. Foi construído durante um período de mais de cem anos, durante os séculos XV e XVI, e é único por ser construído inteiramente de pedra. Os mais importantes construtores da catedral foram Juraj Dalmatinac (Georgius Mathei Dalmaticus) e Nikola Firentinac (Niccolò di Giovanni Fiorentino). Inicialmente construído no estilo gótico, foi mais tarde concluído no estilo renascentista. We found our Tuk Tuk right outside our ship, though we didn’t quite see him right away. We traveled easily through the streets of Sibenik to each of the 3 fortresses. You have about 10 minutes to explore two fortresses, Barone and St. John’s and then a guided tour of St. Michael’s. You stop at a lovely restaurant for your snack and wine. It is plentiful and delicious. Our dirive, Vice, was professional and knowledgeable. We then ended the tour at St. James Cathedral where you have some free time. We were taken back to our ship at the end of our tour.
It was exvellent, our guide Luka was fantastic guide who was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any of our questions. He was chilled laid back and nothing was too much trouble. The sights were beautiful and the wine tasting was unexpectedly amazing, such nice people, great wine and food, with no harsh after sale. I highly recommend this trip, it was worth every penny 😀

Excellent and unique way to experience Sibenik with the Tuk Tuk tour. Great communication with the tour operator in advance and the tour guide, Francesco, on the day of regarding pick up at our ship's tender port. Francesco's knowledge of the Fortresses and the city itself was impressive and concise. We were given time on our own at each Fortress to explore. The highlight of our tour was the stop at Restaurant & Caffebar sv Lovre, a restored monastery for a wine tasting with charcuterie board. Family run, son Tony provided the history of the venue as well as wine highlights. Highly recommend this tour for a unique way to experience Sibenik.

This was great! Our guide was outstanding and knowledgeable, our ship could not get to port due high winds and he came to meet us where we had to tender ashore. They entire afternoon was fantastic and we highly recommend.

Had a great tour with Luca. The electric tuk tuk charged up hills and was a fun open air ride. Luca is a certified guide and had extensive knowledge of history of the town over the centuries. It would be impossible for most people to hike up to the two top fortresses, but nothing in the tuk tuk and the views were outstanding. After seeing the three fortresses it was off to the winery. Great food treats and very nice wines. We bought a bottle of course. Highly recommend the tuk tuk tour!

Luka was an amazing tour guide, extremely knowledgeable on the local area. I would highly recommend this tour over the cruise tours, the tour company picked us up at the cruise ship drop off (Port Luka) and started our tour; I bet even the locals could learn something new from Luka our guide. Fun and exciting way to see many sights in a short time!

Our tour guide, Luka, was friendly and knowledgeable. He met us at our location in the tuk tuk. We were the only people on the tour. Luka provided interesting information as we drove by various sites. We had somewhat of a hard time hearing him and we were sitting right behind him. I can’t imagine that if there were others sitting behind us in the tuk tuk that they would be able to hear a thing. We visited two fortresses - given time to walk through each without the guide. And then to the Winery Rak, which was fabulous. We tasted three very good wines and were given a very generous amount of breads, cheeses, olive oil, and prosciutto - all delicious but we couldn’t finish it. The owner was very gracious and provided interesting information about the wines, process, olive oil, etc. The wines were very good and we bought a white and a red. By this time, St Michael’s Fortress had closed (17:00), so Luka gave us our tickets to go the next day, which we did. We didn’t get to go in the Cathedral either, which I thought was included in the price. All in all, this is a great tour and an easy and fun way to get to each fortress. And the wine tasting really made it!
