SULTAN - HAMAM & MASSAGE TEMPLE HURGHADA Date of visit: 10/03/2026 | Hamam + massage treatments 1. FIRST IMPRESSION & BOOKING I was at the Sultan Hamam the day before yesterday and I must express my absolute enthusiasm. The booking process and the contact beforehand are absolutely professional. You have a fixed, competent contact person who organizes everything and answers all questions. 2. PICK-UP & SHUTTLE SERVICE - EXCELLENT (10/10) The pick-up and shuttle service works excellently. You are picked up right in front of the hotel, right on time - friendly, with an air-conditioned vehicle. No waiting time, no stress. After the treatments, you are brought back to the hotel just as punctually and safely. It could not be organized any better. 3. RECEPTION & ATMOSPHERE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT Inside the establishment itself, everything is very friendly, accommodating, and absolutely professional. Cleanliness at the highest level. No pushy selling, no stress. A consistently friendly, quiet, and relaxed atmosphere that invites you to switch off. Very beautiful, well-thought-out relaxation area and clean, well-maintained treatment areas. 4. TREATMENTS & MASSAGES - PROFESSIONAL & AUTHENTIC This is the main point and this is where the quality shows: The booked treatments are carried out professionally and with a great deal of expertise. The hammam ritual sequence is authentic, well-structured, and very soothing. The massages in particular are outstanding - strong, technically correct, original, and absolutely professional. You notice immediately: These are not untrained workers working here, but trained therapists. 5. CONCLUSION - CLEAR RECOMMENDATION Highly recommended! I can really only recommend the Sultan Hamam & Massage Temple to everyone. Price-performance ratio absolutely top, service professionally excellent from pickup to return trip. I will definitely visit this temple of relaxation more often during this vacation. Anyone looking for a reputable, clean, and professional hammam and massage experience in Hurghada has come to the right place. Overall rating: 10/10 - Excellent. One of the best hammams in Hurghada.

They are exceptional, there is nothing else to add!

Unprofessional from both sides, BTG Holidays (Booking Agency) and the Massage Place itself! Had to wait for Massage after Hammam for like 30 minutes to get a bad Massage in the end. Hammam itself needed to be 45’ but it was myb 30’ and totally effective for like 10’. The young guy that was doing it was not feeling like working. At the massage after the Hammam and waiting i saw that he doesn’t know how to massage. Asked me at the beginning if I wanted hard or soft, I chose hard but he didn’t give any Motivation at it. In the ent he left me for 5 minutes to “relax”, totally unnecessary after the bad Massage. Would not recommend it!!

The Hammam ladies were fantastic made us feel so relaxed and we all loved it. Would definitely recommend. Worth every penny 👌

The driver picked us up on time. The Sultan Spa welcomed us with a tea and explained the procedure to us. Although it was very crowded this time, everything worked out well. Eshesh (30) was especially nice. Thank you

I visit this spa every time i am in Hurghada, everytime good service value for the money

Excellent service with hotel pickup Treatment chosen 45-minute massage for the whole family, also done by our 9-year-old son Clean environment and friendly staff I highly recommend it
