Hue Royal Tombs Tour - 3 túmulos mais bonitos da dinastia Nguyen

Booked the Hue Royal Tombs tour directly with operater Culture Pham Travel. Our trip with guide Mr. Hoang (Lee) and driver Mr. Hau was enjoyable, they picked us up from our hotel and took good care of us. We visited three tombs (Emperors Khai Din, Minh Mang, and Tu Duc). They were a distance from each other and it was good to have personal transport in the sweltering heat. We also visited an incense and conical hat making shop. Lee gave good explanations about the places we visited, answered all my questions and gave recommendations for things to do after the tour. He was patient with my husband's recovering knee injury (which meant he couldn't handle stairs well). The driver was also friendly and patient, and we appreciated it the ice cold water and wet towels. Recommend this tour if you are seeking the convenience of having personal transport and guide.

I booked a private tour for Hue tombs one day in advace. The communication was very good and we agreed on logistic. My tour guide was Mr. Tuan with driver Mr. De. The tour was really good, T. was very good guide, lots of informations and knowledge. Thank you both for a lovely day.

We visited different tombs with our great tour guide mr. Hao and driver mr De. Mr Hao knew a lot about the tombs but also told us inspiring stories about the culture of Vietnam. He knew the history of Vietnam very well. His knowledge gave us a lot of insight into culture and history of Vietnam. We also did a tour with a Dragon boat on the Perfume river to visite a pegoda.

The tour company was prompt and accommodating - they responded to my WhatsApp message immediately and let me tailor our itinerary. It was very smooth getting to the dragonboat on the wharf, meeting our guide, and going between each location with a driver or by boat. The tour guide, Ruby, was absolutely wonderful! She knew so much history and information about Vietnam and was very kind. She gave us so many local food spots to try as well! The tour was wonderful overall, but I would make a suggestion for more careful planning so that all the sights can be viewed during daylight. Thank you to Ruby for such an amazing day!! We saw some wonderful cultural and historical sites on this tour ,The whole experience was greatly enhanced by our wonderful guide Fi. My sister has mobility issues and we were not sure how fully she would be able to participate but Fi supported and encouraged her every step of the way.,Also because this was a private tour we are able to visit additional sites which added greatly to the total experience . Fabulous half day to explore 3 royal tombs of emperors Khai Dinh, Minh Mang and Tu Duc. It was such a great tour to learn deeply about the Fengshui settings as well as the secrets of the royal tombs. Our guide was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all our curious questions. 100% recommend this tour.

The trip was very kindly customised for us according to our interests and time, which we very much appreciate! We were in Hue and Hoi An. We did a day trip to Phong Nha caves, very smooth and wonderful. We also did a half day of Hue (imperial citadel, Thien Mu pagoda and Khai Dinh tomb). These were with Fi, who was very knowledgable and ensured things ran smoothly for us. She had a very interesting perspective and gave us a good insight of Vietnamese life. As someone who’s very interested in history, Fi was really able to answer my questions while keeping things interesting for my partner who is less into history. After this, we went on a transfer from Hue to Hoi An via Hai Van pass with scenic stops including Marble Mountain. Highly recommend if you have time! Very comfortable ride and we enjoyed it! In Hoi An, Quân took us to My Son. He was also wonderful and very knowledgeable. He also kind enough to pack sun screen for us! Both guides were also kind enough to show us their favourite local places to eat, which we relished thoroughly! I highly recommend both the guides.

Mr Long and Mr Quay were great. Deep knowledge, good English for us and carefree. Efficient and happy. Recommended!!

Hoa and driver Qui were very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. I could listen to Hoa talk about anything, but his knowledge of the Nguyen emperors was vast. Worth the price and hassle!

We did the Hue imperial Citadel by ourselves without the tour guides and pretty regret about that because we would love to understand the history of Hue. We decided to book a private tour to visit the royal tombs with a tour guide. This is the perfect tour for 3 of us. We visited Minh Mang tomb with beautiful nature, Khai Dinh tomb with the special European architecture and Tu Duc tomb with poetic views. Our tour guide was Hoa, he was very knowledgable. He was able to answer all our hard questions with his passion in his eyes and voice. We learned so much beautiful and interesting about the last dynasty in Hue and know how beautiful Hue imperial city is.If you visit Hue, you should get Hoa as a guide.
