I really did not like it. There was no sign with the family's name. And it was very difficult for me to get assigned a transportation. I hope that this Friday the 19th, when they come for us at the hotel, there will be no problem.

El día de su servicio se llevó a cabo el Triatlón Internacional Huatulco 2026, lo que ocasionó cierres viales y restricciones de acceso en gran parte de la zona hotelera y el centro de la ciudad. Debido a estas circunstancias extraordinarias, la unidad asignada para recibirla con su pancarta quedó temporalmente bloqueada, lo que retrasó nuestro encuentro. Nos alegra saber que finalmente pudimos asignarle transporte y llevarla a su hotel. Asimismo, queremos aclarar que su reserva corresponde únicamente a un traslado privado desde el Aeropuerto de Huatulco (HUX) hacia su alojamiento. Por esta razón, no tenemos registrado ningún servicio de traslado para el 19 de junio desde el hotel al aeropuerto. la opcion de ida y vuelta en la pagina de Viator se llama: "Ida y vuelta Hotel-Aeropuerto" Agradecemos sus comentarios y su comprensión ante una situación ajena a nuestra voluntad. Great experience with the airport transfer. Communicative on WhatsApp to confirm timings, and clean, well sized van to transport our 9 person family. Would use them again.

We booked the company for private round trip transportation to and from the airport to our resort. Pick up and drop off was prompt, friendly and helpful. The vans were comfortable with A/C and the drivers were friendly and attentive.

Excellent service. Easy to reserve. A staff member was waiting with our name on sign for our private transfer to our hotel. The van was air conditioned and comfy. I would use this service again when returning to Huatulco.

When we booked through Viator, they contacted Paraiso Huatulco to shuttle us from Huatulco Airport to our resort, where we returned our rental car. There was confusion, so Paraiso sent someone after a 30-minute wait. It is why it gets 4 stars rather than 5. However, please note that Paraiso is a 5-star caliber company. I think that the miscommunication came about because Viator needs to create a section where it not only asks for your flight number but also gives you an option to select "returning rental car". Many tourists come from the historic city of Oaxaca to Huatulco. I think this also happens in many other parts of the world. We actually got more services from Paraiso (a private boat ride to the bays). They were fantastic. Bottom line, this advice goes to Viator. I hope you can adjust your booking platform so that we can select "returning flight info" or "returning rental car".

I booked a pickup from Huatulco airport to get transferred to the resort but entered the wrong date. There was an option to edit the booking so I changed the date and printed my new confirmation which had the correct date listed. I sent messages through Viator to the company to meme sure enduring was OK with the date change but never heard a response so I texted them through WhatsApp. They responded and I explained the situation but they still had the wrong date scheduled. I sent them a picture of my confirmation with the correct date and thought they changed it on their end. The day before I left I texted them again to make sure I would be picked up from the airport on the correct date and they called me saying they didn't have me listed to be picked up tomorrow, I was not to be picked up until next week. I again explained what happened and told get I had sent the picture confirming the date. They finally arranged for me to get picked up on the correct date. They were at the airport to pick me up and the trip to the resort went well but if I had not been consistent confirming with them I would not have been picked up. They never responded when I messaged them through Viator. Had to use WhatsApp to get an answer.

To properly investigate what happened, we kindly ask that you contact us directly with one of the following details: * Full name used for the reservation (it may have been booked under a different name) * Viator booking reference number * Flight number and arrival date * Screenshot of the final confirmed booking in Viator It is also possible that the reservation was operated by another transportation company, as several providers offer airport transfers in Huatulco through Viator. We always respond to Viator messages through the platform, and we take communication matters very seriously. If there was any system discrepancy, we would certainly like to clarify it.
