My experience was a disaster from start to finish. 1. Dishonest Billing Practices: The Viator ad explicitly stated I could reserve the trip without my credit card being charged. However, the moment I entered my details, they charged the full amount immediately. This is blatant false advertising. 2. Conflicting Information: My booking voucher and Apple Wallet both stated an 8:00 AM start time. There was zero mention of 7:30 AM. Despite this, I was harassed the morning of the trip because of their own lack of consistency. 3. Abysmal Customer Service: I flew 33 hours from Minneapolis to Bangkok with limited internet. As soon as I landed, I emailed the operator (OH-HOO) at 11:58 PM on the 16th to pay for an upgrade so my girlfriend could join me. When the driver arrived at the lobby, I was handed a phone to speak with a representative from OH-HOO. She was incredibly rude, talked down to me, and claimed she never received my email (which I have a timestamped copy of). She ignored the fact that I was offering to pay more money and instead chose to be hostile about the pickup time. 4. Language Barrier & Logistics: The driver spoke almost no English, making it impossible to resolve the issue locally, and the "organizer" on the phone was only interested in being argumentative rather than helpful. Booking Number for Reference: BR-1373027203 Save your money and your sanity. There are plenty of reputable jet ski operators in Phuket—avoid OH-HOO and Viator at all costs. They take your money instantly but offer zero support or basic decency in return

It is possible that your message was sent through the platform and not directly to us, which may have caused a delay or miscommunication. Regarding the pickup, the driver’s role is strictly transportation. They are not a tour guide, and their English proficiency may be limited. For any special requests such as adding participants or making additional payments, these must be arranged in advance to ensure proper availability and safety compliance. Unfortunately, requests made on the day of travel cannot always be accommodated. Lastly, we regret if the communication during the call did not meet your expectations. Our team always aims to communicate clearly and professionally, especially in situations where timing and logistics are involved.
