What a phenomenal experience at Hurrem Sultan Hamam! I was a bit concerned about the price but decided to go with it because it has completely separate womens and mens sections. I'm so so glad I did! I was blessed to have Keyser as my therapist. She made me feel like a princess and was so gentle, kind and respectful. She did a very thorough job, I felt like my mum was looking after me. Can't wait to come back one day!
This was my first ever experience with a Turkish Bath House and it was the highlight of my vacation that started in Gambia Africa and concluded with a 2 day stay in Istanbul. The Keyf-i Hammam treatment I selected was exactly what I needed and the was excellent and the tellak that attended to me "Bayrom" was the perfect tellak and treated me with 100% attention. When I visit Istanbul in the future I will be sure to visit Hürrem Sultan Hamamı and Bayrom again. Thanks for making my first visit to a Turkish Bath House something to remember for eternity.

We had a fantastic experience at the Hurem Sultan Hamam with the 45-minute bath treatment. My husband and I took the bath in separate areas for men and women. We met up afterwards in the hamam's outdoor area, which was beautiful and comfortable. My therapist was Semia; she provided a kit with everything I needed (slippers, a towel, moisturizer, shampoo, etc.). The changing room—while shared—offered plenty of privacy and was stocked with essentials like a hair dryer, hairbrush, and cotton swabs. The bath itself was excellent and very relaxing, featuring the exfoliation and foam wash typical of a classic hamam. Afterward, Semia washed and dried my hair, then showed me to an area where I enjoyed delicious Turkish tea and Turkish Delights. It was pure luxury! I loved it!

It was the first time I went to a Turkish hammam and I loved the experience! The place is beautiful and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Yașaw, who took care of me, is adorable, sweet, and very professional. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I highly recommend this experience. If you have the opportunity, I advise you to experience it with someone, as I realized that the hammam is also a very friendly and social moment.

Great service from Asuman at Hurrem Sultan Hamam. She was very professional, friendly and made me feel well cared for from start to finish. Well, I did not give it a 5 Star because at the end of the session we were literally asked by our masseuses to tip them. We were going to leave a tip regardless, but being asked to tip made it unpleasant.
Very proffesional and good massage my service was excelente Yasam is very very good and delicate .

Really cool experience it was beautiful in the building. Entire experience was a bit of an adjustment especially as a North American, but it was very unique and relaxing. I had Berna and she was very friendly and did a great job. Also got the anti stress massage after and it was amazing I felt so relaxed.
