Going between Punta Cana and Santo Domingo takes a little planning as most arrangements are for the airports. But this transfer, hotel to hotel, worked out very well. Our PC to SD driver was on time, drove carefully, and managed the heavy traffic at the end quite well. (Having driven myself across the Dominican Republic I can say that it is not for the faint of heart. People drive fast and close, in or out of the cities, and do not signal. And Santo Domingo's traffic is as heavy as New York City's, but worse in that everyone acts like a NYC taxi driver!) Coming back there was a delay in pick-up, probably because we changed our time the day before, but the driver came when they said he would, and it was a good return to Punta Cana. The next time that we visit our friends in the capital city we would be happy to use this service again.

Driver was very accommodating. He was present when we arrived and waited for us to go through customs. For the return, again he was present and on time! Very nice experience.

Absolutely horrible. When we arrived in Punta Cana, there was no one in the airport with a sign with our name (as dvertised). Outside at the transportation stations, Oasis didn't even have our names listed on that board. They ened up getting us a ride in an old Honda with a crack windshield. The driver has to stop at 2 other terminals to find a man to give him money. Then he had to stop for gas before bringing us to the resort. Coming back was no better. I emailed the company twice to confirm, and they never replied. I had the resort call (due to language barriers), and they told them we should download the Watsapp app to forward them our voucher, after we had given them out Booking number. The car service arrived to pick up up 15 minutes late, and would not come to the front lobby of the resort where we had been dropped off. Thank goodness the staff at the resort were able to drive us down to the main entrance of the complex in a golfcart. DO NOT book this mode of transportation. The old saying "you get what you pay for" rang loud and clear!!!
