Another bucket list box, checked. This hot air balloon trip was fantastic! The balloon itself was beautiful, our pilot Justin was fun and knowledgeable, and the experience was wonderful. The whole team (including Keisha) was also safety-focused - so we felt well taken care of.

We had a fantastic experience! The crew is extremely knowledgeable and puts safety first. Our flight from watching them inflate the balloon, to the flight itself, then the landing and a champagne toast was all perfect. In addition, the crew is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend !
We used, Elevated. Very professional! Our guide has piloted hot air balloons for over 20 years. We had an excellent experience! Our guide was very educated with the balloon, customer service, and he knew the area very well. Highly recommend this company!!

It happened to be too windy, so we could not safely fly. They practice what they preach: Safety first. We got a full refund.
