*CLIENTES DO NAVIO DE CRUZEIRO* Se você reservar PICK-UP, temos dois (2) tempos de pick-up: entre 9am - 9: 15am, e 12: 00pm - 12: 15pm. Isso nos permite tempo para paradas de poço e combiná-lo com o melhor cavalo para sua capacidade antes do nosso passeio programado. Se você perder a janela de pick-up, você é responsável por fazer o seu caminho para o ponto de passeio a cavalo. Caso contrário, sua reserva será cancelada e não reembolsável. Hotéis em Downtown Pickup Point Siga a multidão e vire à esquerda na estrada principal uma vez que desembarque. Cruze a ponte pedonal e procure um edifício alto e branco. Hotel Mision Santa Isabel está à direita, com encantadora arquitetura de estilo Espanhol. Cruze a rua até a calçada entre os dois edifícios, onde estaremos esperando perto da escadaria central.

Chrystal went above and beyond when we missed our meet up! She accommodated us needing food and restroom break. The horses were perfect for inexperienced rider and the scenery was beautiful! Anyone thinking about booking with Desert Trails, do it!
We did not get to participate in the beach horseback riding as we missed our shuttle. There was no taxi or other transportation available to get to the location and although the website states there are two pick up times the operator communicates that this was not true. We walked around Ensenada for two hours trying to find transportation to the location without success. Even the tour operator could not reach a taxi service to get us there. I was hoping for at least a partial refund as we paid for the experience and shuttle but it was declined. We did not partition either the shuttle or riding experience.
Crystal was great. The horses were beautiful and well mannered. I had a blast. I would recommend to anyone, even if you haven't rode before.
This is a wonderful experience! Horse back riding on the beach is so peaceful and relaxing! This is the second time I’ve used dessert trails and I highly recommend this business. Thank you Crystal!
I am a very experienced rider. I was given a horse with spunk and courage which is exactly what I wanted. I was able to ride into the ocean at my own will. If I’m ever in Ensenada again, I will definitely do this ride again

This trip was meh, got picked up an hour late which meant after driving for 45 minutes we didn’t have much time on the horses. Guide didn’t speak any English basically we went 10 minutes up the beach and 10 minutes back!!! If it wasn’t for the driver and his daughter being so nice this review we have got 1 star

Additionally, the horseback ride is a set experience, and it was not limited to a 10-minute ride in each direction as described. What a fun experience! The tour operator, Chrystal, was great at matching horses to your level. I have had horses most of my life, so they let me trot ahead and ride, while they matched my less experienced husband and son with horses that were very sweet and listened well. We also have younger kids that were able to enjoy the experience (they walked the horse my 6 year old was on to make sure he was very safe)! I would absolutely recommend this experience. Pick up and drop off was easy, the horses are very loved, the scenery was very pretty and it's one of the best riding experiences I've had!
We had an amazing experience, the horseback ride along the beach was very relaxing and beautiful, Chrystal was amazing and made sure our experience was perfect. She took great pictures of me and my boyfriend horse back riding and picked us up and dropped us off from our cruise port and even told us a good place to get tacos. I would highly recommend booking through them they made sure we had a great experience.
What am absolutely great time we had. Riding a horse on the beach has been a dream of mine for 55+ years. Today, Crystal fulfilled that. She took my wife and I on a private ride on the beach and it was above expectations. She personally picked us up. Gave us a ride down.... And was our tour guide. Both of our horses were well nourished and very gentle. She is a quality person who cares about her clients. We can't say enough, or recommend her more highly. Thank you! Ken and Margaret
