Can do 3 different tours. Our timing at Marienplatz worked out very well to se a Glockenspiel performance
Great ride. We purchased 3 rides for 24 hours. Bargain. Got to see things and want to see stops in detail
Did all three tours. A little more information could be provided. The music was annoying after a while. But still very nice.
We made the reservation at the central office, they were very kind and helped us a lot, it's a pleasure to go to places like that. Especially the Spanish translator
Unfortunately, far too little information about buildings, etc. Less music, would have liked more information.
Vielen Dank für Ihre Feedback.Wir bedauern, dass unser Audioguide ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllt hat,und werden ihre Hinweise berücksichtig.
Great way to see the city and learn about its history. A good thing to do early in the trip so you can get a good sense of the overall vibe and layout.
Super!! The girl who helped us, Jazmin, was excellent, super nice, and kind!! ❤️
We did all three tours. The lengths were suitable, about 1 hour. Appropriately in different parts of the city - there was a little repetition. This way you got a good superficial picture of the history and the city. I can recommend it to everyone, also families with children.
Thank you for your great feedback! We’re happy you enjoyed all three tours and appreciate your recommendation.
Allowed to stay with a getal idea of the city. It is very good when the heat we tired and for the elderly. It also allowed us to move from one place to another.
On July 23, between approximately 1:45 PM and 2:10 PM, I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the CitySightseeing Munich office at Karlsplatz/Stachus. I was a tourist visiting Munich and had purchased a Hop-On Hop-Off ticket through Groupon. I came to the office only because I needed assistance finding my QR code and activating my already paid ticket. I politely asked the employee if she could check my voucher manually or help me resolve the issue. Instead of trying to assist me, the employee immediately stated that Groupon tickets were not accepted and showed no willingness to check my voucher or find a solution. Throughout the conversation, she behaved in a dismissive, impatient, and disrespectful manner. When I later asked for her name, she refused to identify herself. The most upsetting part of the interaction was a comment she made regarding my Russian nationality. I understood this as a negative generalization about Russians and found this remark offensive and discriminatory. An employee working in an international tourism company should know how to communicate respectfully with people from different countries and cultures. The situation escalated unnecessarily. Instead of helping a customer with a valid, already paid ticket, the employee called several men from outside to remove me from the office. I was traveling with my small child, who became frightened and started crying. This was a very distressing experience for both of us. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that my Groupon ticket was later accepted without any problems at another CitySightseeing stop. This confirmed that my ticket was valid from the beginning. After returning home, I submitted a formal complaint both to CitySightseeing and Groupon. Despite the seriousness of the situation, I received no acknowledgment, explanation, or response. I came to your office as a paying customer and tourist expecting professional assistance. Instead, I encountered an employee who was confrontational, unhelpful, and, in my opinion, behaved in a discriminatory manner. This is not the level of customer service expected from a company that welcomes tourists from all over the world. What is especially disappointing is that this happened in Germany. Just a few days before, I used similar tourist services in Paris, France, and Milan, Italy, where employees were friendly, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience in Munich left a very negative impression. I strongly encourage CitySightseeing Munich to review the CCTV footage from July 23, investigate this incident, and provide proper customer service and cultural sensitivity training to employees. Tourists come from different backgrounds, and every customer deserves to be treated with respect. A company representing a major tourist destination should ensure that its staff understands that professionalism, respect, and kindness are essential when dealing with international visitors.
