I enjoyed this experience as you get to see and learn quite a bit about the history of Dallas, particularly as it pertains to the downtown. The only issue is that it was difficult to hear what the driver/guide was saying due to the loud noise from what I took to be the air conditioning, so much so that people seemed to just give up and tune out at times.
It is not ideal for children. Nor for people who do not speak English. The lady who drove and explained was very kind.

We apologize for your experience. Our AC is 76 degrees. On a hot day it feels good to get on the trolley, however the trolley was full an after a few min your body will acclimate to the temp. and will feel warmer that it did when you first got on the trolley. As for you not being able to hear, you could ask the tour guide to turn up the volume on he speakers. We generally ask if everyone can hear at the beginning of the tour and everyone replied that they could hear.
Terrible, they left us hanging despite receiving confirmation of the day and time; afterwards, they did not respond either on the phone (of the tour) or anything. Fortunately, Tripadvisor responded to me very quickly and refunded my money.
Please consider removing your review as you were booked for the next day. The day you arrived we are closed and your tickets are for the next day when we are open.
Dena was very informative and the tour was interesting. It was our first time in Dallas and I recommend the tour to all first time visitors.
Great guide on the Bessie trolley. Her local Knowledge was great and very interesting.
Had an amazing experience with the TROLLEY hop on hop off in Dallas with our friends from Australia. The guide was exceptional. There was only one other family on board and it was a wonderful number of exclusive stops and we learned a lot about Dallas even though we’ve lived here for 26 years. Highly recommended.

My title is no lie. She has been doing this for years and you can tell she enjoys it. She taught us many interesting facts about Dallas and allowed us to stop for awesome picture opportunities along the way. Bessy, our trolley, is so cute with air conditioning and big windows for nice views. What I like about this tour is you can see a general summary of what’s in Dallas for 1.5 hours. You can hop on and off and you can pick up on the tour 90 minutes later where you were last dropped off. The schedule and map of the tour is posted right above the exit to the trolley and is very easy to understand regarding when you can catch the next trolley. You could stop multiple places and see what’s there, then continue on. So we decided to stop at Farmer’s Market for a nice relaxing lunch and some shopping and get back on the trolley to continue the rest of our adventure. Make sure you give Dena a great tip!
