I had an amazing time at this tour learning about food, customs, language, history. It was tasty, flavorful, very fulfilling. Summer was ready to answer all the questions we had and as a result we had a great friendly conversation about Hong Kong present, past and future. This was a good tour. We tried lots of different places and different foods. Hody was a great guide who spoke really good English and gave us a lot of information about not just the food we were trying but Hong Kong life and culture. I would say the food was not as exotic as the food we had on a similar tour in Bangkok. This could be because of HKs colonial history. I would also advise the tour operator by way of feedback that it would have been helpful if they had provided drinking water to customers as the temperature was very hot and we had to buy our own drinks/ water.

Great tour with a great guide! Guide Summer is very energetic young woman. Born and raised in Hongkong, so very knowledgeable about the Hongkong way of doing things. The tour offered 7 different snacks and drinks. All with an enthusiastic explanation by Summer. Make sure you don’t have lunch just before the tour 😀

This is a great tour if you like to know more about the local food that Hongkong can offer. You will get a taste of street food such as dim sum, tea and also dim sum in ramen style and much more. All with interesting information about history, how to enjoy it and how food is cooked. Hody was a very nice guide and took good care of the group for the three hour tour. We recommend this tour if you want to know more about local food before you start exploring Hongkong cuisine on your own.
