O monumento fica no cruzamento onde Thich Quang Duc, um monge budista vietnamita Mahayana, se auto-imolou em 11 de junho de 1963. It was interesting to see a residential part of Saigon. But the trip did not include lunch as advertised in the tour itinerary. And the start was 8.30 not 8 as advertised.
This tour was one of the best experiences we had in Ho Chi Minh City. From start to end, our guide made us feel comfortable and treated us like friends, not tourists. We explored small streets and local spots that we never would have discovered on our own. The food was incredible and very diverse. Every stop offered something new, from street food to cozy coffee spots where we learned about Vietnam’s coffee culture. During all this our guide told stories about the city’s history, culture, and daily life, which made the whole experience much more meaningful. Having a private group made the tour run very smoothly. We could take our time, ask questions, and really get to know where we were and what we were looking at/eating. It felt personal and relaxed, a lot like spending the afternoon with a friend who was eager to show off their city! If you love great food, rich history, and authentic local experiences, this is the tour to book. It is four hours you will absolutly remember years from now about your trip!
Fantastic way to experience and learn about HCMC. Guide had perfect English and was so interesting to really get the Vietnamese perspective of history. And the food! So happy I took this tour.

The tour was great! As a Vietnamese student who is studying to become a tour guide in the future, i was truely impressedd by the amount of knowledge i have learnt through out this experience thanks to Kris, he is an amazing tour guide. No matter you are local or a tourist, don’t hesitate to do this.
If you are looking for a good tour in HCMC don’t look any further than this! We were more than impressed with the variety of foods and dishes we tried (many of which we wouldn’t have tried if we hadn’t of done this food tour). It is also such a fun experience going getting to see the city from a bike, alongside the friendliest guide. This ended up being one of our favourite activities- can’t recommend enough!
