Need to be more organized when picking up And passing out wrist bands
Unfortunately, this was not the experience I was expecting. There seemed to be way too many staff members on the boat, and at times it felt like the employees outnumbered the guests. The overall organization was lacking, and there seemed to be a lot of young staff members everywhere without much direction or coordination. The music was also a major disappointment. There was very little to no hip-hop music, which made the atmosphere feel like it was catered primarily to the Hispanic/Latina crowd, with a heavy focus on Hispanic and Latin music throughout the trip. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that music, but the entertainment should have been more diverse and inclusive of different musical tastes. Overall, the boat felt unorganized and poorly managed, and honestly, it seemed like the staff were having a much better time than the actual guests. The energy felt more centered around the employees enjoying themselves rather than creating an enjoyable experience for everyone who paid to be there. I really expected more from this experience and, unfortunately, I would not recommend it based on my experience.
