No show and no call probably double booked as referenced in other reviews it seems to have happened to multiple people
Amazing!! Michelle is generous with her time and passionate about her town! We enjoyed learning the history and got great tips for shopping and where to eat. She encouraged us to see the most beautiful views from all over! Definitely will do this again when we bring friends and family!!

They didn’t show.We waited 45 min. They still have not contacted me. I left a message to them the morning of the set experience.
We do use other companies to help book our services but in this case and a couple others, our systems were not talking to each other and we never got the info. I truly do aplolgize, next time you are here call me (michelle) at 231-486-8055 and I will give you a complimentary tour!
No one showed up. My children and I waited in the hot sun for 20 minutes after driving four hours to get to TC and no one showed up or communicated anything. I called and texted and no one responded. This is very disappointing.
If you booked through a 3rd party, this may have been the issue. We were having difficulties with our system not talking to their system and sadly missed a few tours. I truly do apololgize, next time you are here call me (michelle) at 231-486-8055 and I will give you a complimentary tour!
This excursion is a MUST for first time visitors to Traverse! Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! We learned so much about this city! A great introduction!
We booked online and got a confirmation along with our “ticket” the day before our ride. Ten minutes before our scheduled departure time the driver texted to tell us she was overbooked and would not be honoring our reservation. Wouldn’t the driver have recognized the conflict earlier than ten minutes before and let us know before we drove to get there? The driver never apologized or told us how to get a refund. I was on my own to call viator. Viator was helpful in addressing the concern. Use caution if this ride looks appealing. You might be left standing on the sidewalk.
Michelle was charming. It such a fun and unusual adventure. She gave a lovely tour of TC with a lot of TC history. She gave some excellent advice about restaurants.
Very fun and informative tour. Michele was great! Pay attention though, because she has lots of tips for places you might want to go back to.
Absolutely learned a lot about the history of Traverse City and terrific ideas of where to eat and what to see while we were in the city! Because Michelle highly recommended them, we went on the Guided Historic Building & Tunnel Tour with The Village at Grand Traverse, ate at Bubbas and Sleders, and shopped at Momentum of Traverse City!
