A must for Harry Potter fans. Safe and convenient round trip bus transport. You will get 5 hours there. If you want longer time then plan your own travel.
Was magical. Being able to live and see the whole experience then share with kids is wild. Some things like some of the videos seem a tad dated, and wish there was more to Azkaban or the villain side of things. But it’s a must-do if you’re visiting the UK

It was very good. Well planned. The interactioneers were brilliant and helpful. I highly recommend it.
At first, I thought I needed to line up early to get a seat in the front row for the best views. I even queued up ahead of time, but it turned out it wasn’t necessary—I ended up sleeping almost the entire ride until we reached our destination! The drive was very comfortable, and the staff gave clear, easy-to-follow directions throughout the trip. Once we arrived, there was plenty of time to explore, take photos, and enjoy a meal. Don’t feel like you have to rush—you’ll have more than enough time to enjoy the experience
I thought the queue in the morning to actually get in and start the tour was quite long (approx. 1 hour) but was well worth it once you got inside to roam at your own pace. The sets were amazing and interactive for the kids. I'm not a 'true' Harry Potter fan (I've only seen the first movie) but enjoyed the experience and would recommend this tour.
This tour was a complete rip-off! We knew how much the entrance tickets cost, but chose this tour because they promised air conditioned transport. And considering the price were hoping for a nice service (over 200 pounds above the entry price for a 3 people family). Well they provided transport without air conditioning, 1 hour on the road in the afternoon heat! We would have been better off taking advantage of the free shuttle provided by WB studios and taking the fast train back to London. In summary, total rip off, did not deliver what they promised and was not worth it!
Watch out for the departure! We only had the address for Victoria Coach Station, with no explanation that the meeting point was inside at the other end of the station. Disappointment upon seeing a very plain white bus, no immersion, whereas outside while waiting we had seen several buses decorated in Harry Potter colors. 1 hour trip from Victoria. The tour itself, nothing to say, magnificent and magical. Remember to bring a light sweater; it is quite cool inside. We had paid for the audio device in advance online. Upon arrival, we were told that we had to pay again because what we had purchased online was not valid. We regret having taken the audio device, especially since it stopped working in the middle of the tour. We were not refunded. For the return bus trip, it was agreed that the coach would drop us off at the same starting point, but before arriving, they announced that we would ultimately be dropped off elsewhere. 430.- CHF for two people, supposedly premium. No benefits in the end. If I had known beforehand, I would have driven and paid for the tickets directly on-site.
For a fan of the Harry Potter saga it was phenomenal to learn how the movies were created. Besides, seeing what was used during filming I loved it.
