We chose to celebrate our daughter's birthday here, and the evening was truly special! Beautiful atmosphere, the typical and engaging one of the Hard Rock Cafe Florence, with music, energy, and a fun and well-kept environment. A special thanks to the waiter who pampered us throughout dinner, kindly and attentively advising us on the menu choices. Excellent food and truly impeccable service. The final surprise was fantastic: a huge sundae with a candle, and the waiters sang 'Happy Birthday,' making the moment even more exciting and fun for our daughter. The idea of automatic photos in their little house inside the venue was also beautiful, a unique memory of the evening. Super positive experience, we will definitely return!
Like all Hard Rock Cafès are unique, but this one in Florence has something extra, beautiful atmosphere, beautiful music and you eat to perfection, excellent service, a beautiful evening. Thank you.
I can't help but give my all to a venue where the original Metallica and Santana instruments were present. Plus the recommended nachos were super top. For rock lovers, no rating can be given. Beautiful venue inside an old theatre
Great food and and atmosphere. Excellent service too. A special praise goes to Matilda, our waitress, who was extremely polite, friendly and professional. She is the main reason for our very favourable review 🙂
I bought for 4 people and ordered 2 extra sodas but in the end, we were charged almost 70 euros extra for different concepts that I do not understand well. It is not recommended.
We went here last night for my 40th birthday and we came all the way from Australia. They rang us up to confirm details and organised a cake for me. Our waiter was Danielle (sorry not sure how to spell it) and he was just lovely. Friendly and funny and made the evening fun. The meals were great and came out quickly. A great night to remember, thank you so much!

Yeah it’s a worldwide chain but tiday I honestly just needed a drink because it was so stinking hot outside. They had the AC on full tilt. Felt great. We sat at the bar I had a mojito. It was good too. Memorabilia all over.
Good day. I was going to have a lunch at The Hard Rock Cafe but the customer service was very poor so I went to another restaurant even I was so excited to visit specifically Hard Rock Cafe in Florence.
Excellent Address for a dinner evening in Florence. Tasty food, excellent Music and great service. Also the GM visited our table to have a small conversation.
