Staff go above and beyond.staff member training new member of staff was incredible -knew about food intolerances and even cracked a few jokes. Burger was top notch like always but as a celebration had the brownie and ice cream which was just incredible I rarely exceed the standard service charge but pleased I did it here
Bad service really disappointed had to ask for more drinks , and dessert menu to be snapped at it on the back of drinks menu , had to go to the bar to pay not a server came near us , food was ok nowhere near as good as it used to be better places to eat in the city centre
Visiting H.R.C in Edinburgh, visit was really good. A decent enough looking H.R.C, interior is superb, great decor and furnishings, an eye catching serving bar dominates the main, all the rock'n'roll memorabilia you would expect to find in a good H.R.C and lots of seating options spread throughout, its a cool venue. We had a starter and signature H.R.C burger meal with drinks, service was quick and pleasant, staff here are really nice, couldn't fault anything about our visit here before we moved on,can't wait to go again next time we're in Edinburgh hopefully very soon. This H.R.C is easy to locate along George Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, open from midday. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.
Great food, a bit hit and miss with staff, didn’t know who was supposed to be out waiting staff, otherwise all good would definitely visit again
Nice atmosphere, very nice waiters and we ate very well. Good value for money for the menu set!
Visited the Hard Rock in Edinburgh with my 10 year old nephew. We were greeted at the door by Tracey, who immediately treated my nephew like he was as much a valued customer as I was. We were shown to our table and introduced to our server (his name i cant recall, but tall with long hair). Again, my nephew was spoken to like a mini adult rather than just a kid, which made him feel important. The food was great, maybe a little pricey. My nephew was told to call at the shop on his way out he would get a gift. From what i could make out from the bill, this wasn’t really a gift as we were charged £3+ for it. There was also a mandatory service charge which i disagree with. On this occasion i would have been more than happy to tip the staff who were very attentive to us, and enhanced the experience. However, i disagree with the additional charges on my bill so did not provide a further tip Overall good experience
Lovely trip here fajitas were perfect we had chicken and beef great staff and lively atmosphere. Lovely place to stop by for food and drinks.
Good friendly staff and service, food poor and way overpriced along with drinks, won't be back as better establishments to visit
Old buoldinging dark lighting . Not much memorabilia mainly photo posters . Other hard rocks have displays from ceilings this one hasnt. Got caught out by sugar tax coke only on bottles, food was nice and hot server kepr checking wr were all right thumbs up . The music were really low so coulnt really hear and where we were sat there werent any screens in good view. I been in better hard rocks
We came for my birthday dinner, first time in Edinburgh and a hard rock cafe, the vibes were immaculate, the live singer was really good, and the service by Sarah was great (thank you for not singing happy birthday to me, I would've cried). The main meal was a little disappointing, we had the burger and bbq plate, the burger was lacking flavour + the pork belly on the bbq plate was cold, but the ribs were really good. The wings we had as a starter were genuinely the best wings we've ever had!! We would come back just for those, phenomenal. Overall the vibes and service was great, would recommend if you love wings + general bbq food - will say, on the website there was vegan food advertised, but there were almost 0 vegan options actually available.
