The foodtour was the highlight of our trip to Hanoi. We tried different kind of tropical fruits and had an amazing Bun Cha while the train was passing by.
Very good food tour with Huey & Crystal strawling through Hanoi 's nightmarket, having traditional fish and spring rolls- also for vegetarians- in a nice restaurant. It has been a fun experience and Huey really did a great job showing us around the old town and finding tasty food for the 6 of us. Thanks a lot.
Very interesting and delicious tour in the old town. The guides spoke very good English and we had a lot of fun despite the rain. Gladly again
We had a wonderful foodtour trough the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Our Guide Grace has shown us some traditional and unique places we’re we probably never had eaten without her. 100% recommendations!!
We took a street food walking tour with Thomas as our e Buddie. We visited three street food restaurants, all from the tried and tested e buddies list, and had excellent food. We had no worries about food hygiene and to go with a local guide meant that we learned about not only what we were eating but something of the history of the dishes. Thomas, a university student, was extremely knowledgeable about Vietnamese culture, history, politics and of course daily life. His English was fluent and he was enthusiastic, energetic and very warm and friendly. I could give him nothing less than a five star review.
We had a very great time with Thomas and Kylie💖!! They brought us to some local restaurants/cafes!! We got to see beautiful Vietnam huge thanks to them. I love Vietnam!!!💗
We opted for a walking local street food tour and our lovely guides Riley and Pat were amazing!! They took us to the best spots and introduced Vietnamese cuisine to us. We feel so lucky to have had them guiding us!! Thanks to the fantastic Hanoi EBuddies team!!
What a wonderful morning! Bonnie, a student, took me around Hanoi. We got some green rice and glutinous rice a little shop and then we went to eat it in a very famous cafe in Hanoi for egg coffee. Then we went to the ancient house, and Bonnie told me so many curiosities about the house, it was super relaxing. Finally we took some time on the shore of Hoan Kiem Lake, resting from the heat. And finally, pre-lunch, Bonnie took me to this chain of restaurants where they serve grilled fish, one of the best dishes I've tasted in Hanoi, and with great views of the lake from the fourth floor. Bonnie is super cute and helpful. A special morning! Thank you Bonnie and thank you Hanoi e-buddies!
The street food tour with Juvelyn was great. We were asked beforehand what we didn't like or if we had any allergies. Then Juvelyn chose the restaurants. We had a great evening and learned a lot from Juvelyn. Definitely do a tour with the Ebuddies in Hanoi, it's worth it.
Two families, with 5 teens, took the food walking tour. (2-6pm) 3 lovey tour guides- Lili, Riley and Jessica met us at our hotel, and they took us to four different locations to try some local food specialties. Amazing afternoon- fantastic food enjoyed by all 9 of us, engaging for both teenagers and adults alike. A fabulous way to learn more about this bustling city and Vietnamese culture on our first visit. Big thanks to LILI, RILEY & JESSICA.
