This “class” was so much fun and educational! I would definitely do it again. The tacos were bomb, mojitos were great and the other class members were a fun crew!
We had a wonderful time with Ian! We hardly ever do classes but decided why not? The food was delicious, conversation flowed and Ian was a lovely host taking us through the history of cocktails. Plenty of drinks and the best mojito I’ve had in a long time. Worth spending a lunch!

Computed to see mojito and taco tasting mixology class, and it was amazing. You walk in and get a dirty girl mojito up front while you wait for everyone to assemble, before moving to the speakeasy and back. You have to ask the right questions, and provide the right answer to get in! The bartender in back was absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, and gives you an easy 20 minutes of just history on the mojito, where it came from Howard developed, how prohibition impacted it, and how speakeasies came about. You then get into a serious time of making your own mojito. He covers the various tools and bartending equipment that make this easy and work, and specifies everything you do step by step to get an absolutely amazing mojito. I've never tasted anything like it. Extremely smooth, and a depth of flavor with both a mint and citrus kick. As well as a slightly sweet aftertaste. I cannot recommend this strongly enough. Worth every penny, and then some. Highly recommended. Seriously if you're passing through you got to try this!
