Hands-On Cooking with Martha is a must do when in Charleston! In addition to cooking three fantastic dishes, you learn interesting facts about the ingredients and the history of Charleston. The classes are fun/educational and the food melts in your mouth! Whether you are a seasoned cook or a beginner, these classes are for you. We even learned a bunch of kitchen hacks. In addition to being warm and friendly, Martha is so knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the two classes we took and plan to take her classes on our next visit.
Two classes and already counting down to a third visit is music to our ears! Martha has such an extraordinary range as an instructor, keeping seasoned cooks genuinely challenged while making beginners feel completely at home.
