Mr Tuan is very friendly and helpful, he will give good advice, and very experience in driving and bringing us around to Hanoi and Sapa. He brought us to vu linh and a nice lake to relax, not many tourist go there, something diff from other tour package
Anh , he is a very professional English speaking driver in Hanoi, we booked a service from him to Halong, Sapa for 5 days, he led us to places with very unique ethnic village culture. and experience the traditional practices of the Dao, H'mong...etc. We like this trip very much because it gives me an understanding of your culture and the cost is very reasonable compared to me buying a package tour. My family of 15 members in which 4 children's below 10 y.o and 5 elders over 70 y.o. It is not easy trip Yet, we have a great time during our stays in Hanoi & Sapa. All credit to Mr. Que of the Anh Travel Agency. On top of being a great and reliable driver, he create a good conversation all along the road. He had shared a great story, culture-related topic, offering a great hand on restaurant selection, facilitate all key arrangement during trip, from a great café to a pub... Strongly recommended.
