Lovely day. Desmond was friendly and informative. An excellent driver. He and the group were on time. The coach was clean and air conditioned and comfortable. Hampton Court is full of history and beautiful paintings.
A convenient way to get to Hampton Court. The bus was nice and the ride was pleasant. We went on a Sunday, so note that the chapel is closed for services.
Once we got to Hampton Court my ticket would not scan so I had to get a manager to help me get in, the staff at Hampton Court were very gracious. I was very upset and embarrassed. The bus driver could not have cared less about the tour and only named a couple bridges as we drove by them. I thought for the amount of money we paid we could have got an operator with some enthusiasm. The windows and seats in the bus were filthy, I didn’t want to touch anything and then to get there and have my ticket not valid was beyond. I would have been better off taking the public transportation route. Never again Viator
Hampton Court Palace is a must. So much history and beauty. The flowers blooming by the entrance added a special touch to the picture.
A very enjoyable experience - A must do! Lovely drive to the Palace. Made getting there & back super easy .
Desmond, our driver, was so sweet and courteous! He was helpful to is lost and confused tourists. The palace was everything I hoped it would be. The gardens were beautiful!
A must for any Tudor fan! Enough time to go through open rooms and most of the gardens. Stress free bus ride to and from
Excellent tour, staff very helpful and friendly. Well worth the trip! Our bus driver Bruce was a gentleman very helpful and made us feel at ease. Family friendly trip, would recommend.
This was a great way to get to Hampton Court without the worry about busses or trains. Particularly good for anyone who wants to save the walking for the castle and gardens.
If your looking for an alternative to traing it this is a good option. Comfortable coach, punctual times and driver escorted passengers to the entrance. Downside was it was a silent 2 hour return trip. expect a 10/15 min walk to/from bus parking (nice walk though through a park). Felt a bit rushed. I advise checking the gift shop when you arrive to pick up audio guide and ask the about best place to start given your time frame. I was happy with what I got to see but unfortunately did not have time to enjoy the amazing gardens. Loved the pantomimes and recordings, gave a sense of going back in time.
