Amazing tour with the visit of two local bodegas
Our day in Rioja with Rioja Like a Native was easily one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. We participated in several tours during our travels, but this one stood apart in a way that’s hard to fully describe. The entire day felt thoughtfully crafted, with a level of care and intention that you don’t often come across. It never felt generic, it felt immersive, personal, and genuinely unique. This is truly a wine tour in every sense. You visit traditional Rioja bodegas and enjoy a sufficient amount of wine throughout the experience. At the same time, it goes far beyond just tastings. Each stop felt purposeful, and every person we met contributed to a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel completely at ease. There was a natural flow to the day that made everything feel effortless, while still being incredibly well-organized behind the scenes. Rebeca was also incredibly communicative and warm from start to finish, which made the entire planning process seamless and reassuring. Even now, after returning home to San Diego, we find ourselves reflecting on how special the experience was. If you're unsure about doing it, don't be! It's very much worth it.
My husband and I visited Rioja in November and by the time I reached out all of the "official" tours were booked, but Rebeca recommended reaching out to Jose, who was excellent! He was extremely responsive and knowledgable about the wineries/area as he drove us around. He also helped us refine where to visit, adding in a fantastic stop that wasn't originally on our radar. Highly recommend using/booking if you are visiting Rioja!
We had a lovely time on our wine tour with Rebeca. She organize a couple wine visits with tastings as well as educated us on the history and terrain of the region. We had a nice combination of modern and historic wineries as I mentioned we were interested in architecture. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful day exploring La Rioja wineries with Jose! The wineries Rebeca organised for us were exceptional and we learnt so much about the region. We did a combo, horseback riding in the morning and wine tour in the afternoon at La Rioja. Horseback riding was fun, as we rode around a big loop around the farm, with a couple of dogs following the route. For the wine tour, we went to a cellar (Bodegas Carlos) and learned about the wine-making process there and sampled several wines. The guide answered many of our questions about the wine-making. We also got to see a scenic view when walking around Laguardia. Also, Rebeca Perez was very helpful in coordinating the tours. Gracias, Rebeca!

My traveling companion and I enjoyed the personalized, informative tours of both wineries. We experienced exquisite wine selections for our tastings as well as spectacular views of mountains (1st winery) and cave systems (2nd winery).

Rebecca and her partner Roberto are just the absolute best. We booked the half day tour and then extended to stay with the group for the full day tour & lunch. This tour is worth the money, it is so special, unique and fun. I cant go into detail about what makes this trip so special as it would ruin the surprise for you but what I can say is that this day tour and lunch surpassed my expectations and we left feeling more then satisfied and happy. We appreciated touring two excellent and distinct wineries. The wine tours and tastings were well-organized and meticulously crafted. We noted the attentiveness of our wine guide at Finca Valpiedra: that vineyard tour exceeded our expectations as we experienced both an outdoor vineyard tour (via our van) and a cata de vinos (wine tasting) with spectacular views and detailed commentaries. The narration by our second guide at Cuevas de Lecea and tour of the cave system were fascinating. We would highly recommend this half day tour to others!
