Austin está cheia de histórias assustadoras (e não estamos apenas falando sobre os preços de aluguel ou tráfego). Junte-se a nós nesta excursão fantasma guiada adorável, apenas para adultos com 18 anos, que destaca alguns dos locais mais perseguidos do centro de Austin! Vamos contar histórias de outras coisas que vão bater na noite do primeiro assassino em série de Austin para lendas urbanas e até mesmo alguma atividade de culto. O tour é uma experiência “boo-tique” onde levamos nossa narrativa a sério, mas não a nós mesmos! Nós nos esforçamos para fornecer excursões de fantasmas envolventes que honram os espíritos que estamos discutindo sem encerrá-los com longas páginas históricas que você certamente esquecerá. (Também adoro um bom pun...) Por favor, note: Este passeio não é um mergulho profundo na história da cidade de Austin e não é uma investigação paranormal. O único edifício que vamos entrar é o Driskill Hotel quando disponível. Se você vê um fantasma na janela ou tem uma experiência inexplicável, é uma cereja no topo! Nós somos simplesmente provedores de histórias espantosas.

Vamos começar nosso tour fora do belo Texas State Capitol. Vamos discutir os fantasmas que ainda perseguem as sombras dos salões históricos do edifício e algumas lendas urbanas que mantêm Austin estranho.
Dos fantasmas dos texanos do passado, aos cavalos fantasmas, às festas ghoulish, paramos em frente à mansão do governador onde você pode tirar uma foto rápida e aprender sobre os muitos eventos misteriosos no edifício que ocorrem até hoje. Enquanto nos dirigimos à nossa próxima perseguição, conversaremos com assassinos em série na capital.
Uma senhora vestida de branco, sem barras de chocolate e projetores assombrados, um garoto que adora mágicos... todos fantasmas adequados para um teatro histórico.
À medida que nos dirigimos ao nosso destino final, vamos cobrir uma breve história do que antes era destinado a ser o edifício mais alto de Austin (que agora é ridículo), além de discutir várias lendas urbanas do Texas, como a Senhora dos Ossos. Também discutiremos algumas das seitas que chamavam Austin de casa em tempos passados... (e talvez até hoje?)
O Driskill Hotel não é apenas um belo edifício no coração do centro da cidade, é também um dos hotéis mais perseguidos do estado. Nós cobriremos os espíritos mais famosos de Austin aqui; de noivas jilted, para meninas pequenas, retratos que parecem assistir a cada movimento, elevadores com homens fantasmas grumpy, e mais, nós guardamos o melhor para o último e embalamos nosso último Ha Ha Haunted punch com o final da nossa turnê! Nota: Não vamos para dentro do Driskill.

We went on a tour with Celia and we just had the absolute best time! She was so fun and funny and also very informative. The length of the walking wasn’t too bad and she accommodated stopping near benches for my mom to be able to sit as well. She was respectful of the victims of crimes she shared about and also differentiated when she was telling a story about something verifiable versus just lore which was neat! 10/10 recommend! We took this tour 3 days ago and we’re still talking about how much we liked it and her!

Bring your walking shoes and use the restroom ahead of time. Dress accordingly to weather and be prepared for a uphill incline

Celia was our guide and did an amazing job. I generally don't care for guided tours because they feel so canned and scripted. Celia is not that kind of guide. She covers relevant facts to set the stage, but then the magic is in the details and stories she shares. Her passion for Austin is on full display and she has gone above and beyond by doing additional research on the backstories of the people. The result is a truly unique and informative experience, and her sense of humor is the cherry on top.
