A friend of mine booked a trip for 2 persons. We had the best time of our lives. The tour guide Sergio ( if one of the best) speaks very good English for a Vietnamese person. He takes yout to beautiful places and explaines Vietnamese traditions. He really cares for the group and make sure everyone is happy and ok. Did the 3-day Ha Giang loop with this operator and came away with memories I’ll keep for a long time. The scenery speaks for itself — the valleys and viewpoints along the route are stunning, and the loop packs in one spectacular stop after another. What made the difference, though, was the team. They were punctual throughout, took safety seriously at every stage, and kept us on schedule without ever making it feel rushed. We covered everything that was promised, and they were patient and accommodating with the different needs and paces within the group. Special mention to my driver, Don. He rode carefully and confidently the whole way, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable on the bike for trip. Beyond the riding, spending karaoke evening with the group and the riders was one of the highlights of the trip — genuinely warm, easygoing people who felt more like friends than guides by the end.
