“FURUSATO Cycling” é um novo projeto de passeio projetado para permitir que você experimente plenamente o “REAL HAGI”. Aproveite um passeio de ciclismo guiado pelas belas paisagens rurais, sinta o estilo de vida local e visite lugares especiais que geralmente não são abertos aos visitantes. Nosso primeiro tour se concentra no sake Japonês. Siga o processo de cerveja de Hagi sake produzido localmente, incluindo visitas aos campos de arroz, áreas de origem de água, uma cervejaria de sake local e uma instalação de polimento de arroz. ・Duração do curso: 11 km ・Duração do passeio: 3 horas e 30 minutos ・Bike marca: Gigante ・Equipado com um guarda de lama traseira, bolsa, e porta de bebida Acesso ao local do tour O passeio começa cerca de 30 minutos de carro do centro de Hagi. Explicaremos sobre o arroz saquê usando flipcharts enquanto observamos os campos de arroz onde o arroz saquê é cultivado em uma pequena colina. O conteúdo que desperta a curiosidade intelectual dos amantes do saquê aumentará seu amor pelo saquê.
【Fábrica de polimento de arroz com saquê】 O processo de "polimento" é realizado antes que o arroz de saquê realmente colhido seja transportado para a fábrica de saquê. O sabor do saquê será diferente com apenas um polimento. Nesta fábrica, ao mesmo tempo que vemos a máquina que "polia" o arroz de saquê, abordaremos o sabor do saquê que muda com o polimento.
Unrinji é comumente conhecido como "Templo do Gato" e está cheio de figuras relacionadas a gatos. Não perca o gato esculpido em madeira feito com uma motosserra. Mesmo que você não goste de gatos, com certeza ficará curioso!

【Cervejaria Yachiyo Sake】 Uma cervejaria de saquê onde as florestas femininas desempenham um papel ativo. Buscar uma nova marca Yachiyo enquanto valoriza o método de fabricação antiquado. Diz-se que é o coração das cervejarias de saquê e, dependendo da cervejaria, você pode facilmente ver o "Muro", provar a "água preparada" usada para a fabricação de cerveja e preparar a degustação de borras de saquê. Após o passeio, você também terá uma degustação e ficará imerso no saquê, tanto física quanto mentalmente.

0 did not go because it was too far from the town and would cost too much to get there by Taxi so we forfeited the registration fee.

The guided bicycle tour with Akiyama-San “aki” was awesome!! Aki is very knowledgeable in how sake is made and history of the cat temple and is fluent in Japanese and English. The countryside of Hagi is beautiful and there were hardly any cars which made this tour very relaxing as i didn’t have to keep checking if cars were coming behind me. The cat , unrinji temple is unique and the wooden cat figures were carved by a chain saw. Temple is dedicated to cats and if you go on this tour you will find out why. The tour started and ended at the yachiyo shuzo brewery and the head sake master gave me a tour of her brewery and explained the involved process of the production of sake and what makes good tasting sake. Sampling was given at end of the tour; I’m not a sake drinker but this sake tasted so good that I bought several bottles to take home as gifts but I may end up keeping them all!! You will not be disappointed in this tour.
Aki-san from furusato cycling was a fantastic, knowledgeable and fun guide. He was able to adjust the tour to my personal interests and preferences which made it a very valuable experience. The tour was well paced with lots of points of interest, and I was given a very good bike made it easy and fun to ride. I was able to engage directly with Hagi locals involved in the Sake brewing and ask questions directly, and get an understanding of how the local community is an important part of Sake. I am glad I decided to do the tour and it became one of the high points of my trip to Japan. I recommend this tour to anyone interested in where Sake comes from.
