!!Do NOT trust this company with your vacation!! I chose to trust this company with my second vacation to Egypt for my birthday, as I had used them for our tour a few years ago and loved the guide. I'd like to keep this short and succinct: this company lied, this company was late, this company double booked tours, this company rushed me while on my tour, this company kept extra money and did not follow through on refund for services not given, this tour almost managed to to ruin my holiday. I would not trust them to properly execute any vacation, for one simple tour or more. Mario the tour guide I had previously was a good thing about this company, he no longer works there. And they will lie and say he does, because they simply don't care about anything but ensuring your money makes it's way to their pockets. With sosososososo SO many other tour companies and guides to use in Egypt, who are literally banging down your door to offer their services, do not risk it with this company.l! I promise you will regret it.

I recently had an exceptional tour at the Egyptian Museum with Mahmoud as my guide. Mahmoud was incredibly knowledgeable, providing deep insights into the rich history of Egypt. What truly stood out was his dedication. he generously extended his time to show me more exhibits and engage in thoughtful discussions about Egypt's fascinating past. His passion and expertise made the tour both informative and memorable. Highly recommended!

I toured the Grand Museum with the guide Mahmoud niazy. It was amazing! They stopped by to find me on time and we went straight to the museum when it was just opening so we didn’t have to wait to buy tickets. At first we were practically alone so we could enjoy the museum quietly. If you can choose the guide that is Mahmoud, super friendly and answers all your concerns, very predisposed and you can see that he loves what he does. Very funny too! It was 3 1/2 hours where we kept talking and it shows you absolutely the whole museum. Time flew by! Thank you so much for having a great time!

We have taken a private half-day tour to the ancient Egyptian museum. The experience was exceptional thanks to our guide Riham. She is an excellent professional, speaks perfect Spanish and had extensive knowledge of Egyptian history. The transportation was very good with pick up at our hotel. We would definitely repeat! Experience 5 stars!

Guide was extremely knowledgeable. There is far too much in this museum to possibly view and we love that the guide lead us to the most important pieces.

Excellent way to experience the best of the museum. Excellent driver, Jasmine my guide was delightful and extremely knowledgable. I was offered extra stops and suggestions but had to turn this down as I was flying home in the afternoon. Having travelled with a very expensive 2 week trip the one on one visit definitely is a superior way to see the exhibits under the expert guidance of fantastic guide in a limited time frame. Cairo, participated in a half-day pyramid tour. It was an extremely wonderful experience. I contacted him from Japan and the local tour desk replied quickly and accurately. It's as if you're communicating with Japanese luxury hotel staff. This quick accuracy continued after entering Cairo. Tweaked everything when the transit airport informed me of my Flights delays. I was tongue-in-cheek at the precision of the response. Now, belatedly about Cairo airport, I made eye contact with an Egyptian man moments after I left the airport lobby. Don't be surprised, this is Mr. issam, the Guide. Of course, correlation simply can't be met, so I asked a few tinkering questions to confirm he's from the emo tour. His Guide is so enthusiastic and precise that you might think he is the head of the Egyptian Tourist Board. I always say I'm glad you're happy. They take pictures with a bang and I don’t know what else to request. He is more of an entertainment ambassador who strengthens friendship between Japan and Egypt than a Guide. By the way, this time I had an airport pickup and a hotel terminal for my convenience. This flexibility allowed me to spend the day doing other things. I used the emo tour for the first time and am very happy. My comments are by no means false and sakura. I fell in love with Egypt, the 51st country I visited.
