Esta é uma mesquita ativa do século 17 e a mais visitada da Turquia. O nome original é Mesquita de Sultanahmet. Azul é o nome dado por causa dos ladrilhos azuis usados no interior. * esteve fechado para reforma nos últimos 6 anos, mas está aberto desde 21 de abril.
Esta é a base do hipódromo romano que foi construído no século 4 dC para as corridas de bigas. Os monumentos que sobreviveram para apresentar são obelisco egípcio (1500 aC) Coluna de serpente (século 5 aC), coluna de Constantino (10 século dC).
Este é um reservatório de água que parece um palácio subterrâneo. Basílica Cistern um dos mais impressionantes exemplos da arquitetura romana. Não perca a caminhada até o fim para ver as gigantescas cabeças de Medusa viradas de cabeça para baixo.
Nós visitamos este patrimônio mundial do século 6 dC de dentro. É um edifício único abraçar duas religiões (islamismo e cristianismo) dentro. Você verá uma arquitetura incomum, mosaicos, arte de quirografia, e seu guia lhe dará informações sobre seus 1500 símbolos de história, arquitetura e religião.

Visitaremos o Grand Bazaar de dentro, onde o seu guia lhe dará algumas dicas sobre compras. O passeio termina perto, onde você pode voltar para fazer compras. Esta é uma ótima maneira de ver e aprender como os tapetes turcos feitos à mão são feitos. É uma loja adequada em um Caravanserai de 500 anos (hotel antigo). O que torna este lugar diferente de outros é que eles não são impulsionados em vender, confiável na qualidade de tapetes e transporte para aqueles que compram. Beyhan was fantastic. Very worthwhile having a guide for these sites. I learnt so much. Good pace, lots of knowledge, and very kind guide who also went above and beyond for my elderly mother and guided us back to our hotel after the tour had ended. Highly recommend.

Excellent half day tour of 4 of the major sites of Istanbul. My guide, Beyhan, was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating & fun. She explained everything about each stop in detail. The tour moved at just the right pace. We ended with stopping for coffee/tea at a local coffee house & then walking through the Grand Bazaar. Highly recommend.

Just had a fantastic tour of the prominent tourist attractions in Istanbul with our guide Beyhan. Her wealth of knowledge on the history and landmarks themselves added so much more to our experience. This tour was really insightful. It’s always great to get a local guide who understands and love the culture. Beyhan was knowledgeable and fun, she was charming and patient and I would definitely recommend this tour and guide. Turkey has so much history and doing an unguided tour is not recommended- you will miss deep insights and personal stories which we truly appreciated.
