I cannot recommend this company enough! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single detail was handled flawlessly. A special thank you to Edwin, who went above and beyond to make our trip absolutely incredible. He was responsive, accommodating, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. No matter what we needed, he made it happen quickly and effortlessly. From airport transportation to excursions, activities, recommendations, and event planning, every experience was first-class. The communication was excellent, the drivers were always on time, and every detail was organized perfectly. It took all the stress out of traveling and allowed us to simply enjoy our vacation. This was easily one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. The level of service, attention to detail, and hospitality exceeded every expectation. This was well worth the money to us: to have a private option for the usually jam-packed group tours. We were alotted whatever time we wanted to enjoy the waterfalls, the coffee and chocolate making was catered to a session with just my husband and I— with our own tour guide!, as well as the wildlife sanctuary- we literally walked around other bottlenecked groups as our guide found animals they hadn’t seen. Lunch was authentic and one of the best meals I’ve had off the resort; our guide Rafael made sure we didn’t feel pressured to rush nor that the lunch location was the only option for a restaurant.

We did rainfores tour and waterfall was phenomenal the tour was pure life we went with all my family of 8 4 children and 4 adults was the best tour we did the most 🦥🦥🦥🦥🦥 many guys from these pure life Costa Rica

Amazing experience, we did a private tour, Eliaser and Rafa were great. We saw so much wildlife and the waterfalls were beautiful. I highly recommend taking this tour through Big Papi's company.
