Começamos as coisas na tranquila cidade de Beaufort – perfeita para um alongamento de pernas e um lanche de manhã. Então é direto para a ação como chegamos Grampians National Park!
Uma vez que chegamos ao pitoresco Parque Nacional, dirigimos-nos ao Halls Gap Visitor Centre, onde você pode explorar e ver de primeira mão as histórias de criação que compõem a lenda desta paisagem diversificada. Embarque em torno do centro cultural para detectar wallabies, emus e talvez até mesmo echidnas no arbusto. Sai com uma compreensão mais profunda do significado de Gariwerd para os povos indígenas.
Em um dia, levaremos você de Melbourne para conhecer os destaques deste deslumbrante Parque Nacional. Você se sentirá como se tivesse voltado no tempo ao se maravilhar com a paisagem antiga, com cadeias de montanhas escarpadas e espetaculares cristas de arenito. Com um guia experiente conduzindo você por esse cenário incrível, você sairá do passeio com uma nova compreensão do campo e da história da região.
Provavelmente a cachoeira mais famosa de Victoria, caminhamos até a base e voltamos para nos maravilharmos com a quantidade de água e sentirmos os borrifos frescos no ar. A caminhada é de cerca de 250 degraus até a base e atrás e se você preferir uma caminhada plana mais fácil por cima das cataratas, isso é absolutamente bom! Se alguma vez as Cataratas Mackenzie fossem fechadas ao público, esta parada seria substituída por uma caminhada tranquila até Silverband Falls.
Em seguida, desfrutaremos de uma caminhada ao longo do caminho sombreado através das árvores de eucalipto e fascinantes formações rochosas até The Balconies, onde você verá as famosas ‘Tubarão da Morte’ com vistas e paisagens majestosas, apresentadas na animação japonesa ‘Princesa Mononoke’.
O Reeds Lookout oferece vistas deslumbrantes do Lago Wartook e do Victoria Valley e da Mount Difficult Range.
Uma parada para fotos no maravilhoso mirante de Boroka retrata perfeitamente o cenário incrível. Dependendo do clima e da visibilidade, podemos alternativamente ir ao Lago Bellfield para caminhar ao longo da barragem e nos sentirmos diminuídos entre as duas cadeias de montanhas.
Antes de subir a montanha, relaxamos na pitoresca cidade de Halls Gap, bem no coração do Parque Nacional de Grampians, para ter tempo de almoçar (às suas próprias custas).
Saindo do Parque Nacional de Grampians, faremos a viagem de volta a Melbourne, chegando à noite por volta das 20h.

We had a wonderful guide Lauren. She made us laugh and made sure we all had an amazing time. We managed to see Kangaroos, emus and wallabies. The weather wasn't the best but still enjoyed the tour.

We booked this tour based on the itinerary described on Viator, but unfortunately the experience did not match what was advertised. It was a rainy day, and while we understand that weather can affect certain activities, we would have preferred the tour to be cancelled rather than significantly altered without transparency. Several key highlights listed in the description did not happen: • The “morning tea with wildlife” turned out to be tea at a petrol station. • Mackenzie Falls was closed (apparently for the past two months), yet it is still included in the tour description. Viator were aware it would not happen. • We did not visit Boroka Lookout or The Balconies. We were told the views wouldn’t be good, but the rain was light and we could at least have done the walks we paid for or informed ahead. • Instead, we drove 50 minutes to do a 15-minute walk at Reed Lookout. Overall, the day felt poorly structured and not aligned with what was advertised. If key attractions are closed or removed from the itinerary, this should be clearly communicated in advance, and the tour description updated accordingly. Very disappointing experience. More transparency would be appreciated.

We went on this tour to see the beautiful Grampion National Park, and it did not disappoint. What we didn't realize was that the hike in Grand Canyon, though only moderate in difficulty, was too difficult for my 73 year old husband. The good part? Our guide was kind and attentive and made sure my husband made it in and out safely. We can't say enough good about Bill, our guide. The tour was great. We saw lots of birds and kangaroos. We will pay attention a little better in the future to make sure we're able to do the things included in the tour.

1 .Guide was very informative and helpful to explain sites and places of interest 2.Went to a unused/empty culture centre. (Waste of time could of been used for lunch.) 3.Lunch was not long enough as the town stopped for lunch was very busy to get a meal in 45 mins I got food poisoning due to uncooked food. 4. The waterfalls and scenic areas of the Grampians was fantastic.

Sean was the absolute best tour guide, he was informative, entertaining, and enthusiastic. The only reason I didn’t give this tour 5 stars was because you do not hike for most of the tour. If you enjoy a relaxing roadtrip from Melbourne to the Grampians National Park then this tour is perfect for you. But, if you were expecting more hikes/bushwalks through the national park like I was, you may be disappointed. Overall, I was happy that the bus is comfortable, the vibes were perfect, and the views were lovely.
