We went into the shop that is by where the team turns around. The man in the shop was most helpful. He pointed out our route on his map in the wall and explained exactly how to get to Sausalito. We cycled there in no time and had a lovely lunch. We then cycled back but you can get a return ferry.
This was a fabulous experience. We booked on-line and got a good discount. The manager was very friendly and went through the wall map with suggesting of places to stop, photo opportunities etc. He then got us to test our bikes for size, gears etc. We cycled over the bridge and had a lovely taco 🌮 lunch in Sausalito. Feeling a bit tired 😴 we caught the ferry which had some marvellous views of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate bridge
Bikes were in great condition. We rented an electric bike and a regular bike. Staff at Bay city rentals were friendly and super helpful.
Perfect! Booking, collection and return was super easy. The bikes were great, had everything we need, the locks and handlebar bags were great. Really enjoyed our trip. Would definitely recommend

We rented 5 electric bikes for the day. A bike seemed to have a slightly higher consumption but it lasted the day. It was a nice walk in Sausalito.

Booking very easy. Friendly Welcoming. Bicycles in very good condition and relatively light. Battery with very good charge that allowed us to go up to Hawk Hill for superb views of the Golden Gate and the San Francisco skyline then descend on Sausalito and then bike back to San Francisco.

Amazing trip and view. The personnel was so nice and enthousiastic and explained well. With the electric bikes it was easy peasy and we could concentrate on the beautiful surroundings.

Pre-booked guided trip from San Francisco across Golden Gate Bridge to Sausilito. Arrived and was informed Ryan will be our guide for the trip. As it was just my partner and me, It made the trip more personal with Ryan providing extensive knowledge and history of San Francisco. Having Ryan as guide was a blast and so much fun and he a top bloke. We would only consider doing another bike tour/trip if Ryan was our guide.
