I would give this 10 stars if I could! Truely one of the highlights of our trip. Francois is incredibly knowledgeable, prepared, and friendly. Luna and the goats are so fun to watch as they work. The hike is easy to manage, even in the rain. After the hike, Francois set up a picnic with local cheeses and beer, and even strawberries from his garden. This was truely a hidden gem and was a wonderful way to experience the beauty of Quebec's natural landscape and people!
Amazing experience! The goats are so sweet and have such great personalities. Luna is a sweetheart, a stick coneseur, and very good at her job! François was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and brought an amazing spread for lunch, including delicious home-grown strawberries! The hike wasn't too strenuous and was beautiful; we had an overcast, foggy day but that just added to the ambience. This was a 10/10 experience to begin with, but François then went above and beyond and literally helped fix my car. We are so grateful that he was so willing to help. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting the area! Thank you for such a memorable experience!!
This was a highlight of our time in Quebec City. Our guide Francois was great. We enjoyed walking the goats and bonded with Tio the goat. Beautiful nature hike and ended with a relaxed picnic lunch.
Delightful 2.5 mile group walk through the forest with friendly goats and devoted German shepherd, followed by delicious home prepared lunch. Really enjoyed learning about the beaver dam and feeding the ducks in their pond.
Fun time walking with the goats and watching Luna, the German shepherd herd us all alone. Easy hike with a great lunch. I would have liked more time at the beaver made lake, other than that, I highly recommend this family friendly hike.
Great activity for everyone! I went there with my family, 1 year old, 5 years old, 7 years old, 11 years old, and everyone loved it! Our guide was super interesting and passionate!
My daughter had fun walking the goats and the dog, Luna. The hike to the beaver dam was beautiful and we got to feed the ducks there. It was a great day
Many thanks to François and his team for a wonderful hiking experience! The scenery was beautiful, the goats were a delight, and the lunch was absolutely fantastic. Our grandsons, ages 6 and 3, had an amazing time and talked about the adventure for days afterward. For families with young children, keep in mind that a stroller is not practical, as some sections of the trail are rocky and uneven. Also, there are no washroom facilities available, so be sure to bring toilet paper and be prepared for a true back-to-nature experience. Overall, it was a fun and memorable family outing. We highly recommend this adventure to any family visiting Quebec! The Sarazin/Bertschi families
This tour was exactly the unique, off-grid experience we wanted. François was the perfect host, offering deep insights into nature and showing so much love for his well-behaved pets. Everyone—two-legged and four-legged alike—enjoyed the easy activity and the great food afterward. I'd love to book this trek again during a different season to enjoy the various nature scenes.
The weather was very nice 🌞 it was pleasant! There are no restrooms, which is a huge inconvenience!
