This day trip was a highlight of our time in Edinburgh. Troy was a very knowledgeable and entertaining guide. He kept us on perfect time, without rushing through, to have a perfect viewing of the Jacobite train crossing the Viaduct. The Three Sisters outside of Glencoe were spectacular and the history lessons along the way helped add meaning to the entire day.

We had a lovely one day trip with our tour guide Troy! From pickup to drop off, the trip was wonderful. Troy was a really good guide, giving a backstory for all the places we visited. Had a lot of fun trying to get the coos moving!

Troy is amazing!!! I was concerned how my kids would do on such a long journey but he made it so fun for them! We had a rainy day but we got to see SOO much plus a couple surprises that gave those dreamy Scotland magic vibes. We loved this tour. The scenery was beautiful the whole way, especially at Glencoe and the Glenfinnan Viaduct. The ride was comfortable, the stops were beautiful, and the guide made the long drive feel relaxing. It was a full day, and we totally needed it. If you want a simple, stress-free way to see the Highlands, I’d definitely recommend this tour.

Absolutely loved this tour! The Highlands were stunning, and seeing the Glenfinnan Viaduct in person was a real “wow” moment. Our guide was friendly, funny, and made the long drive feel easy with great stories and music. We got plenty of photo stops and never felt rushed.

This is a LONG day, and the majority of it is spent driving. We SAW a lot of things along the way, but you won’t be getting out to DO much. An actual stop in a small town with a hour or so to explore and have lunch would be something I’d recommend to make this tour better. You may want to pack a lunch and have a reservation planned afterward. The Mercedes van was spotless and comfortable. Our driver, Troy, provided snacks and umbrellas and took pictures for us along the way (which he later shared via What’s App). Troy was wonderful. If you love Harry Potter, this is for you; if not… you may want to spend your day differently.
Hi there, We appreciate your kind words regarding your guide, and are glad to see that your tour was clean and comfortable with snacks and umbrellas provided. We also appreciate that your guide has chosen to supply you with photographs of your trip, which is an extra benefit he provided. We’re sorry to hear you did not take the time to have lunch. We understand the guide will give travellers ample opportunity to stop to eat, and that it is within your control to decide when this can be. We open communication between yourself and your driver before, during and after your trip to ensure any requirements are met. It is also established at the beginning of your tour that should you require a stop for comfort/lunch to make the guide aware and he will accommodate. We do however stress that the onus is on the customer to understand the itinerary and trip length. Paying attention to this would have avoided potential confusion with the length of your trip and what is included. We have spoken to the guide, and a member of your group (the gentleman who was sitting in the front of the car with Troy) actually instructed him not to take your group to anywhere to sit down and eat. He asked Troy if you could eat on the go as he would have preferred to see more than to spend time sitting in a restaurant. Troy simply followed Andy’s instructions. We would have also been happy to resolve any concerns with you after or during the trip, by contacting us through the prior established communication method. Troy showed up on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was so invested in making my son's dream of seeing the Hogwarts train cross the viaduct. He got us there on time, the train was 75 mins late but after we left he saw it, and turned around so my son could see it. My son (11) had an absolute blast and cannot stop smiling. It was a long day, and well worth it. I highly recommend Troy, he is the BEST!!

If you do any tour..it has to be this one with Troy. He gave us the best experience and tour we have ever have taken; and we have traveled a lot. He was funny, knowledgeable, and so personable. The amount he fit into one tour to make it special for our family..especially our son was so appreciated. We loved the Scottish music and historical facts that were part of his tour. He is such a pleasant person to be around and a top notch tour guide. He was an exceptional driver! Seeing the castles, the Coos, the Kelpies, lovely small towns...the list can go on...he made our trip to Scotland so special. THANK YOU TROY!!!!!
