O Castelo de Carrickfergus (em irlandês: "cairn of Fergus", o nome "Fergus" significa "homem forte") é um castelo normando na Irlanda do Norte, localizado na cidade de Carrickfergus, no condado de Antrim, na costa norte de Belfast Lough.
Viajaremos ao longo da fantástica estrada costeira de Antrim com o mar da Irlanda à nossa direita e os Glens of Antrim à esquerda do ônibus.
Passaremos pelos espetaculares Glens of Antrim e vamos até mesmo escalar Glencorp e atravessar a Ponte Glendun antes de subir ao topo de Glendun e depois descer para a cidade de Ballycastle
Pararemos em Portaneevy View Point para ver a ponte de cordas Carrick-a-Rede de uma distância, já que o National Trust não tem pessoal para lidar com grupos no momento, mas esta é uma oportunidade perfeita para tirar fotos da ponte de cordas.
Dark Hedges, conhecido como o Kingsroad na série HBO Game of Thrones. Caminhe entre as árvores famosas pelo Game of Thrones, seguido de uma parada de almoço em um pub tradicional (custos não incluídos).

Lindsay our guide was informative and extremely funny which made the day very enjoyable!
We booked our trip for a tour of Carrickfergus Castle, Dunluce Castle, The Rope Bridge, The Dark Hedges, the Antrim Coast Road, The Bushmill Distillery, the Giants Causeway, and the Glens of Anteim. We saw only the ruins of a castle, The Giant's Causeway, the Bushmill Distillery, and The Dark Hedges. We purposely booked this tour for the rope bridge and the castles. We were switched to the express tour from our ship instead of what we paid for. We will not be using Allen Tours again.
A great bus trip never done one before but this trip was fantastic. Bus good with an excellent tour guide/ driver. Very funny and informative
Overall, this was a fun and worthwhile trip. The guide was very witty, informative, and made the journey enjoyable. At times, though, it was a little difficult to understand him because of the speaker quality on the bus. The main issues were with the air conditioning on the bus and the seating layout. The seats themselves were comfortable, but because there were no handrails in the middle, it could feel a bit cramped when two people were sitting together. I also think the experience could be improved by allowing slightly more time at each stop, as some places felt a little rushed. A small pamphlet with information about all the stops would also be helpful, especially for visitors who want to understand the history and significance of each location. Despite these issues, it was still an enjoyable day and I’m glad we did it.
Great way to see the Northern coast of Ireland. Several stops along the way and lots of interesting commentary from the guide.
The driver was excellent. 5 stars to him. However, the description of the tour was misleading. We didn’t get to the rope bridge. Unacceptable. No time to tour the castles? Giants causeway was the best part of the tour. But overall this tour is misleading
Even though our tour was late and cut early due to protests we had a nice time. Wish we would have had the full thing
A great day out. Comfortable bus and a very safe driver called Mike. He was very knowledgable and told us all about the history of every place we passed. The sites we saw were lovely and the highlight, the Giants Causeway, was as good as expected. The weather even behaved itself and only rained when we were on the bus. Very good value for money.
Mark was extremely knowledgeable and very humorous during the trip ...a definite 5 star to him...met some lovely people to share our experience with.
Fantastic! "Big Ben" was amazing and made this trip very entertaining! Ben is very knowledgeable and exceptional at conveying the facts and stories in an interesting and enjoyable manner. We thoroughly enjoyed this excursion and highly recommend it to other travellers.
