EBikes are un great condition. Maps and guidence at the beginning were fantastic! You can contact them through WhatsApp in case you have any question or issues. They helped me pickup the EBike in Arrowtown because I wanted to explore and have lunch in the town, rather than rush back to returning the bike. Wonderful organization and friendly staff!

Great service. Excellent price. Bikes were dropped at our unit. A quick, easy handover with Christina complete with a map. We had a fabulous day cycling to Arrowtown from Queenstown. Had a great lunch at The Dishery Arrowtown. Fab pumpkin soup and Irish Coffee. Cycling next to the Kawarau River was stunning and through Milbrook was very scenic and interesting. I love Arrowtown. Lots of art, fashion, history and eateries. Going Blue kept up the comms making sure everything was going well and Jae picked us up when we were done. THANK YOU! Superb day out, nice and relaxing.

Fantastic bikes, new models on offer. We completed 70kms with a rerun battery of 2%. Saw all the sights to Lake Hayes. Great staff with full explanation of use. Couldn’t fault this activity.

I had a very positive experience with Going Blue from start to finish! The website is informative and well organised, and I especially appreciated the detailed and option-rich booking form and the great map. Communication leading up to and on the riding day was great, and Jay was helpful and very friendly when he dropped of the Giant E-bike and showed me how to use it. I cycled from downtown Queenstown to Lake Hayes and back - what a beautiful ride. It was my first time on an e-bike, and I really appreciated the powerful motor for some of the steeper uphill sections. All-in-all, a great experience that I would highly recommend.

Bikes were delivered on time to our accommodation for a full day ride. The bikes charge however did not last a full day and the electric assist died out 20km from Queenstown. This resulted in not just a conventional biking experience these last 20km, but a markedly worse one as these bikes are much heavier than normal bikes (which came into play many a time on the steeper inclines).
Hey Eplesna. Thank you for the feedback. The range on the ebike has many factors which determine how long it will last. Factors such as tyre pressure, weight carried, how many hills you tackle and which power setting you use. Handly, there's a battery percentage and estimated ride time within the settings so this doesn't occur very often and helps pace your day. I'm sorry your last 20kms was a struggle but by talking to our staff prior to this we can assist with realistic distances on the ebikes. Thank you.
Jay was amazing. He delivered the bikes to our front door and the bikes were brand new with all the latest technology. He even helped us map out a route for the day and gave suggestions on places to stop and eat. We had an amazing day thanks to Jay.

We had an awesome experience with Going Blue. Delivery was on time, pick up was where we ended our bike trip (different location to pick-up) and the bikes themselves were great and performed well. Particular shout-out to Jay for teaching us the ropes, giving us a great tour recommendation and picking up the bikes at a last minute location so we could explore the town. All round would recommend!

Excellent service from Jay. Cannot beat getting a top quality bike delivered direct to your accommodation at a comparable price to the less service oriented larger rental companies.
We didn't say it, you did but we do agree. The other companies also do a fantastic job but because we're not quite their size we have a bit more time to do door-to-door services and we also work a bit later so we can be more flexible.
