The speaker was WAY too loud and when he shouted, it hurt. Unfortunately I was really looking forward to this experience but felt rushed. Too much information yelled at you in such a short trip.
Rather a standard tour, sometimes hard to follow due to the overacting voice used. Still fine as a fun, not too serious pastime. A shame that some sexist tropes were used (especially the 'Granny' story)
Tommy was AMAZING!!! The tour was amazingly funny and entertaining!! I would also like to say that Tommy was incredibly understanding and accommodating when I asked him about a triggering subject that I thought may be discussed in more detail. He was able to substitute this story with a story I found extremely gripping! I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area that wants a great laugh with a spooky at atmosphere!!
It was so fun and entertaining! A good combination of spooky and funny. Our family really enjoyed it!

Really great time True stories and lots of things to make you jump! A great host and a ghoulish driver
Half of it was practically standup, extremely fun and entertaining. Included a scripted event that I won't spoil but was extremely atmospheric, immersive and spooky like a haunted house. The guide was so great and funny.
Good length trip of 90 minutes. Tommy Terror was an outstanding guide and full of information and entertainment. The queue to board the bus wasn’t managed very well and some people jumped it when the bus arrived. Seats are first come first served so this jumping of the queue was frustrating. Three people didn’t board as no seats together (and no one willing to move). The stop on the tour was interesting but very limited as only went just off the bus. Very good experience, but not particularly scary.
The bus was set up amazingly! The host really enjoyed doing the character of the morbid, mysterious man. His voice was incredible! The ride was good and from time to time was chilling! The special effects were great. The sights we stopped at were interesting and informative. Thanks for a great night!
The tour guide was very dedicated and gave us a good time! Also covered some amazing stories. The one bit i would suggest is checking if people are okay to tolerate the smoke that was used for special effects. It was quite a lot and very suffocating for many of us without health issues and my mum who has COPD was really struggling to breathe and had to use her inhaler afterwards. Other than that, had a great time. Thank you.
