This was a great experience. Good vibes and good service. I got to rent a jet ski and ride it myself, which was the highlight of my day. The water was nice and the views were breathtaking. Just a few pro tips to make the experience more enjoyable : - bring something to entertain yourself in the bus on the way there. The activity is about 2.5 hours from Rio de Janeiro, 3 hours if there is traffic. - take with you a portable charger with your phone cable to charge the phone in the bus or during the activity on the boat. - you should expect to pay an additional 30R$ environmental fee. I don’t know if this applies to everyone or only non Brazilian visitors. Anyway this was an unexpected expense for us. - bring a sweater with you and some long pants. You might get cold at the end of the day, especially if you’re visiting during the winter.

It was all excellent. Punctuality, organization, communication and translation.

Nothing is as they describe it, the details of the activity are nothing like what they do

I would not recommend booking this tour. 1. The travel time to the location is 2.5 hours one way, and this was not transparent at all. We only found out once we were already more than an hour away from Rio. We would not have booked this trip if we had known that. 2. The first 1.5 hours were spent on a bus driving around Rio picking up other passengers, followed by another 2.5 hours driving to the location. 3. During all this time, no food or drinks were provided. Since they were not transparent about the timing, they also did not tell us to pack breakfast, snacks, or enough water. 4. When we arrived at the boat, we waited another 40 to 60 minutes for other buses to load onto the ship. It ended up being extremely crowded, and some people had to stand because there were no seats left. 5. The snorkeling experience was horrible. They gave us snorkeling masks for an extra charge and did not provide anti-fog liquid. The snorkeling location had no reef, coral, or real underwater life to explore. They simply fed fish near the boat so the fish would come close. 6. Everything had an extra fee, starting with some kind of boarding fee, snorkeling mask rental, and they even tried to charge us extra for my kids’ safety vests. 7. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is this: do not book this tour.

The tour started with delays, and while I understand that weather conditions are not the organization's fault, the bad weather and low temperatures significantly affected the activity. Additionally, the stops were very short, everything was done in a hurry. As an additional point, we were charged an extra fee of 30 reais per person that was not clearly communicated at the time of booking the service, which caused dissatisfaction.

Good morning! The tour was so great! Everything was so beautiful, priced well and we had an amazing time! We got to see so many different kinds of fish and meet so many people! The guides were amazing from the start and so helpful! They had fun themselves and were there for anything that anyone needed. They were like the life of the party and knew all of the guests. The lunch was delicious! We all went back for seconds and the deserts that were being sold were amazing too!

On this occasion, we decided to stay in Barra de Tijuca. It was a good choice; the area is very quiet but at the same time has quality services. There are first-class hotels, places to eat and have fun, as well as supermarkets or small businesses where you can enjoy the dish of the day for a few reais. Due to the distance, we often used the Metro, which is extremely reliable and simple for getting around. Although in some cases we used a rideshare service, and it worked wonderfully. We did not take many excursions because the weather did not allow it. On our own, we visited the Catete Palace, the Selarón Steps, and the Botafogo Beach terraces, which are highly recommended. We hired Journeys for private transfers to the airport with highly trained staff, resulting in a safe, comfortable, and very punctual service.

Let me start with pickup which was scheduled for 720am and finally the Bus showed at 750am, the tour guide was giving the excuse that the streets are narrow, I actually wanted to tell him this is not your first rodeo, but I kept as I had to spend the entire day. After pickup at 750 we were in the bus for other pickups until 955am. Then we started on the two hours drive to boat. When we arrived we had to walk through residential streets as the bus could not go inside (felt very weird). I wish they had made one stop on the way for 15mins so people could stretch. On the bus the tour guide came with up sells for the trip. Snorkeling gear and jet ski rides. I got the snorkeling package on the bus ride to boat, when we got onboard they were still trying to organize who purchased what. We reached the first island and the stop was 30minutes, I asked the tour guide where is the gear. He brought the gear after 10 to 12mins at the stop. I was furious because this could have been handled upon boarding not till we got to location. I was completely disappointed and thought would have been option to get a speedboat for 5hours with family instead of 14-15hours of suffering. They designed the lunch stop at 3rd so they can sell snacks and drinks until 3rd stop, the food quality was not great at lunch restaurant. Final twist was the tour guide asking us to pay additional Brazilian Reas 30 person in cash or 31.50 by card to enter the city of Rio. This was really seemed weird plus the boat location for drop off was in a dark area as if this was not a approved service. No lights at drop off. I hope anyone thinking of using them will stay away as there are some legit operators but this felt very shady.

The bad: HUGE tour group. Completely packed tour bus. Still plenty of room on the boat though. The buffet was odd and not the greatest. I found stuff to eat, but it was garlic noodles and fried chicken. Drinks were expensive on the boat. The good: My tour guide was the sweetest! Elanee (probably spelled wrong. Sorry) was very kind and communicated well. The boat was a lot of fun. They played great music. I had a ton of fun dancing and swimming. This tour has the timing down perfectly too. Just about the moment I thought, "okay, I'd like to move on" it was time to go! And there was as many fish as advertised at the blue lagoon! Would highly recommend, and I would love to go again! (I do wish the food was better though)
